The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

We absolutely love this place. Convenient to everything. The large oak trees in the front provided a picturesque setting and the small backyard Pool was just the oasis we were looking for. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will certainly book again.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Dave was easy to talk too and had a great home ! We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and how close we were to great restaurants!

We had a mixed group of people that stayed in the property for a gymnastics competition in Baton Rouge. The house was extremely spacious and we did not feel cramped at all. The bedrooms had large beds and still had ample room to move around and keep luggage. The host reached out everyday to check in and see how things were going. I did have a little mishap with the entry code upon arrival but I was able to make a phone call and get it rectified on site within just a few minutes. I recommend the property for any large groups. The property has a cocktail pool out back with a lovely patio around that is great for mingling and hanging out while our children swam. We were at the property at the end of February/beginning of March and we asked for the pool to be heated and it was very comfortable for the kids. The house is very close to a lot of restaurants, attractions and LSU's campus which was exactly what we needed. Hoping to be able to stay at this property again should we come back.

Sidney's place was very homey! Pretty spacious if you have a large group of people. The additional beds in the living room came in handy for the kids. The neighborhood was peacefully quiet and safe! My family and I had a stay-cation for Mardi Gras, so this was a great place for everyone to bunk together. The pool was beautiful. Louisiana weather is so unstable, so we could not swim unfortunately. Great Place!!

This place was a perfect fit for our family! We've stayed in many places, but this one stands out as our absolute favorite. Having a restaurant and a Family Dollar so close by was incredibly convenient, especially with a big family. The comfortable space gave everyone room to relax, and the peaceful scenery was the perfect backdrop. We can't wait to come back!

Thanks for hosting us Charles! This Airbnb is spacious and great for a small group of people. We had to shorten our reservation by a day and Charles was proactive about facilitating the change in our reservation. If your group needs a place to stay in Morgan City, definitely consider staying here!

We had a great stay and appreciated all of the communications! We were in town for national bowling, we asked if they had a crock pot and they had one sent. They were so kind and accommodating!

We loved Babette’s place. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Even though it was on a main street, the area in back of the house was quiet and private. Babette was extremely timely and thorough when responding to our questions. We travel to the Lafayette, LA area every year for music festivals and cultural experiences, and hope that Babette’s house is available next time we are in the area.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family Christmas get together. It had plenty of space for everyone and was open concept so we could enjoy the company. The kids loved fishing on the dock and roasting s’mores.

Great house and host! The house is exactly as pictured and was conveniently located in a quite, pretty neighborhood. It was perfect and easy for our needs!

We came to town to play the Mardi Gras Music Festival. Viet was great. He left detailed instructions for house rules and check-out procedures, and plenty of information on things to do and places to eat. Check-in was smooth. Although the house is in a residential neighborhood, it felt very private, peaceful, and comfortable. We stayed with my family and band mates, and I felt we had plenty of room (there were 10 of us). The house is conveniently situated close to a lot of great food places. The university is just minutes down the road. We enjoyed our time here and hope to use Viet's place the next time we play Baton Rouge. -Clay Redmond & The Outlaw Red Band

We had a great host, whom was very helpful throughout our stay. Everything and I do mean everything was there to accommodate our stay. I was able to cook, wash linen that was used and enjoy the space given. This was a great way to spend time with family and friends. Being by the water; watching nature and wildlife nature was so relaxing. Thanks for hosting me and my family.

Unique, beautiful home. Well decorated, clean, and spacious. In the middle of the downtown area as a standalone home, but still pretty quiet and felt safe. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in your charming home. This house has so much character and had all the amenities listed plus some. Everything was as described. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Kelly was a good hostess and communicated with us in a timely manner. We loved staying in the garden district area. We felt safe and it was only about a 10 minute drive to LSU.

This place was exactly what we expected by the previous reviews. The horses came over and took pictures with us. We will recommend it to others. Country like settings and 10 to 15 minutes to everything you might need. She gave us tips on best restaurants.

Great stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was so convenient to the ballpark. Found a great restaurant nearby for Sunday brunch. Would definitely stay again. Everything was clean and as described.

Jason was a phenomenal host! Although I didn’t have to bother him about anything, he was very responsive and even texted me to check in to make sure his place meet my needs. The pictures honestly don’t do his house justice, VERY spacious and open! Jason provided so many amenities that no Airbnb has ever provided in the past for me. Even small things such as laundry detergent, a first aid kit and etc were provided. We felt right at home! We visit our family back home once a year and his spot will definitely be our go to.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Randolph’s home. Plenty of space and the back yard is to die for😍, pictures does it no justice! Just know that I napped in peace by the pond with the sound of water falling and the wind chimes singing to me. The location is within a 5-10 drive to shopping and Or dining, if you choose to venture out. Randolph was an awesome host with excellent response time to any questions or concerns. I am thankful that he allowed my family and I to utilize his home in celebration of my son’s graduation.

Fun-filled Super Bowl 2025 weekend! This beautiful house was everything our family needed and felt just like home! So comfortable, relaxing, clean, spacious and warm! John’s outstanding communications and customer service was over the top! We had a blast! Thank you John & Lindsay for giving the Pelt Family a wonderful opportunity to make beautiful memories with family/friends! Definitely recommend this property! Looking forward to our next visit!
