This place is so peaceful and beautiful, the view and environment is everything and the apartment is soo comfortable and nice, you got everything you need here and the standard is so good! Price definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again! Clifton and the housekeeper are such darlings <3

Easy to find and right off the main road, location and view is incredible and the reason I booked. Balcony is huge and bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable and A/C is very cold. Sade and Bri were quick to respond and very kind. Only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been stairs/access to get in the the water but there was mention of a pier to be built. Would definitely stay again. 10/10!

Rogean was a lovely host and very easy to contact. Had no issues at all with check in - only with finding the place but that was helped by directions given to me by Rogean after booking confirmation. Would stay again :)

The home was spacious and well decorated. All the common area were clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. All the bedrooms were spacious and well appropriated the bathrooms were clean and modern decorated. Having the home on a gated community gave us that at a security that led to a very peaceful nights rest. I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay in Ocho Rios. I will say the only downside is this it is a little ways from the town centre because it is more interior and not really close to a lot of amenities. You would definitely need a car to get to most places.

I was very please at last min I book this spot This is a 3bed 3 bath home full Ac 2 sitting area my kids n friends did have fun MR Larry stay on the outside he was no problem He was our driver to take us to Ochi for 2 days No regrets He’s 20 mins from Ochi So have a driver handy because the house it far off the main road

The location was perfect as it was close to major attractions but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities provided were thoughtful and well-maintained. What truly stood out was Lance’s hospitality. He was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He paid attention to every detail, from the little touches that made the space inviting to the thoughtful amenities that ensured his guests felt completely comfortable. It was clear that he cared deeply about providing a welcoming environment. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning in the future.

Came to stay here for Festive season with my family and we enjoyed our stay. Denise was very responsive anytime I reached out. The house was spotless, super clean and had all necessities which made it super comfortable for us! The neighbors were friendly and we loved that the location was gated! One thing I loveeeed is that the door and windows had screens which is rare for most air bnb’s in JA. We were able to enjoy the breeze and outside air without bugs. Only one hiccup as the hot water didn’t work. Was looking forward to that. But as Jamaican’s we’re use to cool water so it didn’t bother us too much. I definitely will recommend anyone to stay here as it’s out the way but super close to everything. We felt really safe here. Denise is a great host and this home is beautiful!!

Excellent accommodations with a thoughtful and kind host. We always love staying at Sofie’s place, it’s close to the stadium and an excellent central location for the Kingston hub. We will definitely be back next year.

My husband and I stayed at Ricky's for well over a week, the apartment looked exactly like the pictures (clean and cozy). It was the ideal location seeing that we had access to the beach and it was close to multiple tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at Fern Court as we celebrated our honeymoon. We had stayed at the same property last year and we knew just what a beautiful property this was, Charles is the perfect host and was very proactive in ensuring that our vacation was thoroughly enjoyable. The premises was spotlessly clean with lots of towels, bathrobes and toiletries. We were given clear and uncomplicated instructions in how to utilise the amenities. Charles is just a phone call and his response time was almost immediate. This is a dream accommodation with a perfect host, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. With all being well, we hope to return next year.
