I would definitely recommend the Beach House in Le Hocq, Jersey. It is ideally situated, right next to a welcoming pub with restaurant, next to the beach and close to the bus stop. There are buses to St. Helier and Gorey (in the opposite direction) every 15 minutes. St. Helier is only about 2 miles away and the airport is only about 7 ½ miles away. The Beach House is just lovely. It was clear that Irene has made every effort to make the villa as comfortable as possible. It is bright and spacious, very comfortable and has all the facilities needed, including dishwasher & washing machine. It is also very peaceful. The living, kitchen and dining areas are all spacious, clean and welcoming as are the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom windows look out on to the sea which is a nice view. Irene is an excellent host. Both Irene and her husband are very friendly. Irene quickly answered all my questions, was very helpful with advice and was very keen to make sure we had a lovely holiday.

Absolutely stunning property and a real treat to stay in. The owners have decorated it beautifully and it has everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. The whole house has a gorgeous feel and each bedroom has its own personality, complete with comfy beds and beautiful bed linen. Bathrooms are wonderful with large rain showers. The open plan living room/kitchen/dining is just stunning and was incredible to cook large dinners for visiting family. Plus, who could forget the swimming pool! Incredible fun. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Run, don’t walk, to snap this up!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s place. Plenty of space and lovely walks right from the door step. We hope to return!

Cosy appartment, decorated with love for details. Quiet neighborhood. Shops, restaurants and bus stop nearby (I recommend to use public transport on Jersey). Very friendly hosts, good communication, welcomed us in person. Lots of ideas and recommendations, what to do on Jersey (be surprised). We for sure will stay in Connies Corner again, if we will return to Jersey.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Santa Cruz. It was a great place to stay with our toddler as there was a comfortable travel cot for him and lots of toys for him to play with which he loved...especially all the dinosaurs! Graeme also responded quickly to our messages and the house was right on the bus route so we found it easy to get around without a car. Thanks for a lovely week!

Lovely house, everything we needed and more (like a quick meal to cook when we first arrived and a table tennis table!). Short walk to town (bit slower getting home up the hill) and really close to everything we could want. Views amazing. Ben very responsive and all went well.

Very responsive and caring hosts. The property is on a busy road but well insulated so not noisy inside. Easy to walk in to town for restaurants and to get around the rest of the island.

Joanne est très attentive à chacun de nos besoins et toujours très réactive lorsque nous avons des questions. Vraiment nous conseillons ce logement et, nous reviendrions avec plaisir si l’occasion se représentait! Bonne continuation à Joanne et sa famille!

Both Philip as a host and his place that we stayed in were the best that my family and I had on our European trip! Our original ferry over to Jersey was cancelled so we ended up arriving very early in the morning and Philip still came to greet us and help with the heaters. He was lovely to chat with and introduce Jersey to us, while we were all a bit delirious with lack of sleep. Another thing on big trips is missing out on the comforts of home. By the time we got to Philip's we had lots of laundry to do but not really enough time to go to a laundrymat in St Helier. He graciously offered that we could use their laundry machine which was a huge life saver for us. There were several other things Philip and his wife helped us with, and each time it was such a relief. Even at the end of our stay when we checked out, they gave us some flexibility on the time (which we ended up needing). Oh and the beds were the most comfortable and cosy we had. We got some much needed rest that night!

The apartment is ideal for a couple or small family. Ed and Eleanor were really helpful, without being intrusive. It is ideally situated to get around the island with 3 buses to choose from. There are a number of nice places to eat nearby. We were incredibly grateful that we were able to leave our luggage until later in the day as we had a late flight. We highly recommend this apartment.

Ann was an excellent host providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She was very responsive and happily answered questions about the area. She allowed for an early check in and even offered a late check out. Would definitely return and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here, the Jake and Claire were both incredibly welcoming and really made us feel very comfortable in this wonderful home. And the location was great for a quiet getaway, while still only a couple minutes walk from a park and supermarket. 10/10 stay, thanks guys

kirbs est une hôte irréprochable, réactive. Le logement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé, il y a même de quoi manger. Accueil chaleureux, kirbs a tout fait pour que nos vacances soient superbes. dès que nous avons eu besoin elle nous a répondu en un temps record (mois de 10 minutes) elle s'est même déplacer pour nous expliquer les chaînes de tv et nous fournir un chargeur compatible à la France. à recommander sans hésitation

Wonderful stay at Sandy Cove, beautiful little appartment with everything you need. Homely and spotlessly clean, lovely peaceful and relaxing place to stay. It is a minute walk (literally) to beautiful beach and Gorey Castle (5-10 minutes). It's very close to a bus stop to get around the island. We would recomend breakfast at Ronda's by the beach! Hosts were really friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Brilliant place to stay in Jersey!
