Rhonda was a wonderful host. She checked with us as soon as we checked in and was responsive to any communication. The home is just precious! Beautifully decorated and filled with any dish or Appliance that one could need. She left us a delicious coffee cake under a crystal cake plate, plenty of coffee and fixings, several waters, and a couple of adult beverages. The unit is super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very safe area and very close to downtown Eureka Springs. I would highly recommend visiting this rental! Thank you, Rhonda for all of your support and suggestions! We will be back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs, and I think this is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. The cabin is gorgeous and the area is so peaceful and private. Everything is thoughtfully laid out and the amenities in the cabin are perfect for what we needed. A great home base for exploring the small towns north of NOLA, and also really easy to get into the city. Would love to come back soon! (Only thing I would note, the ladder to the loft is very steep, so that may be a concern for folks with mobility issues or young children.)

Excellent stay! Accommodated two adults, two teens, and three children with ease. Loved the location; felt secluded and private while close enough to walk or make a short drive to the lakefront, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely return.

A super clean and relaxing Airbnb.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful getaway! We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon down by the private beach area. Easy to find with the coordinates provided. Will was always very responsive to any questions and willing to assist in any way possible. The home is very modern and cozy. Had everything we needed. Did not disappoint!

This was by far the best experience we have ever had at an Airbnb. Miss Lena was so kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our friendly chats with Miss Melinda and her adorable dog Petunia. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We went to celebrate two of our birthdays and it was a great getaway! Bill answered all of our questions before we arrived, and sent us detailed instructions for how to get there. Home was an easy drive from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, and was easy to find. You can see their deer and blueberry fields out of the window- and the kids loved feeding the deer. Easy to navigate hiking trails, fishing pond, picturesque views, and boats made our outdoor adventures fun and great for pictures. The fireplace made it extra cozy, and bathrooms were clean and large. Spiral staircase is a bit tricky, so just be sure the people using the two bedrooms upstairs are ok with steep, windy stairs. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sleepy Lagoon Cottage. Stacey, the host, is proactive with sending instructions and information ahead of time. She is also responsive and knowledgeable. The cottage is well stocked. The property is beautiful. We took a morning stroll to the sounds of birds chirping. The rental is pet/dog friendly. They have a guest book full of great reviews in the cottage.

I can't say enough good things about Lavonne and this property. It's truly a wonderful escape. I wish we lived closer; I'd rent it just to sit on the porch and clear my mind. If you're going to be in the area and this cottage is available, don't even hesitate: your soul will thank you for it.
