An amazing villa with a super host. Azula Vista has everything you need for a luxury vacation. What you see: A priceless view of Secret Harbor, a three level villa with a huge pool (with outdoor shower), A/C units in all indoor areas, large kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Like being home and more (detergent, soap, conditioner, iron, coffee). Plenty of outdoor space if you need to escape for a minute. What you don’t see: The feeling of being off the grid with reliable WiFi and Netflix. Solar panels and (quiet) Tesla batteries to keep the power running for those daily St. Thomas power outages you love to hate. Whole house water filtration system that allows you to drink the water out of every faucet. A super host who 48 hours prior to arrival is available to answer questions and provide concierge like service throughout your stay. A host who will answer your calls and is willing to help when “emergencies” arise. Our family had a wonderful time here and hope you do too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

We had a great week at Down Yonder! Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful view. Private. Great pool for our kids. Extremely clean and nice layout.

Barons place in st thomas was very clean and a lot of space. Kitchen had everything needed to make food. I would recommend renting a car because the place is in a very beautiful secluded area on the mountain. Well worth it

Jared was a fantastic host! The house was in a nice private area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was spotless and had all the amenities you need while on vacation. Loved that he had beach chairs and snorkel gear available for us to use. He also included a great list of restaurant recommendations and beaches to see. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would stay at Jared’s place again during our next time to St. Thomas. 🙌

This villa was perfect for 6 adults. They had everything we needed, were very friendly coming in, and had great recommendations. The view was unimaginable- gorgeous. The pool was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was spacious, and the living room was comfortable for everyone to sit. Loved the shower in the master- and was thankful for the beach chairs and bug spray that was provided.

Michael was so helpful in making sure we were able to find the location. He made himself easily available while also respecting our privacy. The location is serene…but you absolutely need a vehicle that doesn’t sit close to the ground. We would 100% stay there again!

My wife and I visited St John for a long weekend away for our ‘baby moon’. Joy’s place was exactly as described; private, clean, convenient, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon after returning from the amazing beaches before getting ready to go out for supper. It’s hard for me to imagine a more beautiful view on the island. We almost feel like our view of the sunset from the pool was more breathtaking than at the Windmill Bar. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice available in ice trays and ice maker. The beds were comfy and there were a couple fans to keep the air moving around with help of the AC unit. It would be difficult to cook a full meal here but there is a grill, burner, and cooking items there if you wanted to give it a shot. When we visit again this will be our first choice to stay at again pending how many folks are in our party.

First I have to say both Maria and Chloe were fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond for me and my godmother. The cottage was absolutely adorable and perfect for two people. Very clean and homey. We loved it! The surrounding view of St. Thomas by the private pool was absolutely beautiful. You could even see the view from inside the cottage. What a amazing experience. The cottage is hands down my go too when I visit St. Thomas.

Well, the view alone makes this home a knockout. This place is a huge, possibly bigger than the pictures indicate, and is great combo of indoor and outdoor space. There was no real need for climate control in the main shared spaces due to the many doors to the outside and good airflow, but it was nice to have AC in the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping, and each of the king bedrooms has a balcony. Our group used the pool a lot and cooked all our breakfasts and dinners there, as well as packed most lunches, which the kitchen accommodated. There is a big table for meals on the porch with a stunning view, another on the patio above the pool area, and one more large indoor dining table--all to say there are plenty of options. The place was nice and clean and the whole group was impressed with it, perfect for Mom's 70th. There a few small things that malfunctioned, but the host was very responsive and solicited feedback about what could be improved. We would return!

We are overwhelmed with joy and peace after our trip. The condo was unique and beautiful. Everything we needed was in the room, even beach chairs! Everyone we interacted with was great. Barbra was lovey to talk with and she gave great beach recommendations (Sapphire and Secret Harbour). The grounds were gorgeous and the pools were so nice! So much space to explore and hang out in. We were confused about the air bnb vs resort situation but the room is just a hotel room, in a resort, that is listed on air bnb. We parked right next to the room, which was right next to the pool. The critters sang a symphony every night, wildly relaxing. Or we shut the balcony door for absolute silence. Very laid back, zero stress, exactly what we needed. We are so glad we found this spot and would love to visit again! Thankfully we rented a car so we could explore the island, and it was always so comforting to come back to our little space at Northside :) THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Right on the beach with a quick walk to a few restaurants and bars. Beach itself is clean and has amazing views.

We would return in a heartbeat. We loved everything about it. It was perfect, clean, comfortable and a short walk to downtown Cruz Bay. It instantly became our home. We snorkeled, swam, played pickle ball, shopped and ate. We watched sunsets that looked like paintings. We played in the waves like we did when we first fell in love many years ago. What made our 40th wedding anniversary vacation extra special was Nora herself. She truly loves St. John and wants nothing more than to share this love with others. This place is absolutely amazing. The view is even more stunning in person. The house is equip with all the amenities you need, the pool is pristine, the rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and each bathroom has a double vanity. As other reviewers have noted the drive to the villa is very hilly and steep at parts as you are literally driving to the top of the mountain. Just do yourself a favor and get a 4-wheel drive car. The drive will get easier the more times you do it. All in all a great stay and we can’t wait to come back!!!! 🏝️🔥😍

Very quiet quaint space definitely worth the money. You probably need to rent a jeep or something with four-wheel-drive lease but other than that I would definitely rent again. They were very attentive and it was everything we wanted.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary!!! Everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. They even decorated for us with rose petals! There were so many necessary items like dishes, bottled water, toiletries, and towels stocked up. There were also covid kits with masks, sanitizer, and Lysol that we were able to utilize as a courtesy as we toured the island. The host was extremely easy to contact and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St Thomas in the near future!!

This space was as described in the photos and listing. The property had a fantastic ocean views, which made for a relaxing and scenic backdrop throughout our stay. The space was comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay. It did have window units for cooling. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, peaceful getaway with a beautiful view.

This place was aaamazing the hospitality was very much there. Uncle Al became our long distance uncle he helped every step of the way. He is a cab driver and that’s a plus as well. We was able to get around and he gave us places to go see he was very helpful.

Fantastic location- just a short walk to Cruz Bay! Steven was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Nothing fancy, but the place is clean and a good value for the price. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided which is a nice touch.

The guest house was as described in the photos. We were welcomed by the Host. Everything was there that was needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor showers were interesting. These were the hidden gem. We ask about them in advance so this was not a surprise. For a private laid back stay, this was it. St John like St. Thomas is very hilly so be prepared. This was only a 10 minute trip from the car ferry. The store was less than 5 minutes away. Two tv's to enjoy entertainment from the kitchen or bedroom. Would stay again if we are back in St John. Five stars, glad we choose this place for our 30th wedding anniversary.

Host was very accommodating. She gave us walk through of the place. Place was secure with an electric lock. Albert was very accommodating and was able to provide cab service and give us a tour. Beach walkable near by. Quiet and beautiful location. Wonderful hosts.
