it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

We needed a place to spend a quiet night once we got clear of Washington DC after a long drive. It fulfilled our expectations. It‘s a big space that can sleep a couple and a child. Enjoyed our stay.

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

Tasia’s place was a beautiful and cozy home with old time charm. I had absolutely no issues, the area/neighborhood was safe, quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend those commuting to definitely stay here.

Richard’s place was amazing and everything we were looking for. We hosted a party for my son that graduated from the marines. This was a perfect solution for us as our family was out of state. From the grill, hot tub to fire pit. Everyone felt at home and was comfortable to mingle. The outdoor bar with outdoor speakers was awesome as it was March madness . Kitchen had all amenities for hosting a group, crock pot, lots of large bowls and platters for hosting. Our only downfall and not a knock off the property but as it was March in Virginia the pool was not open yet. We hope to book again in the warmer months when we r back in the area! Also lots of parking which was a huge plus!! Enjoyed tremendously

Whitney was an incredible and accommodating host! Every detail, from the decor to the rental security, was well thought out. Whether you are visiting to stay near D.C. or looking for a springtime getaway, I highly recommend a stay at Whitney's. After you book your stay, swing by Cheesetique (walkable distance from the residence) or Josephine's for delicious food with stellar service.

We’ve stayed at many locations and Tye Rose Cottage was as good en experience as we’ve had anywhere. It’s a pristine 2 Bedroom and was thoroughly comfortable for two couples. The instructions were perfect. Miranda was great about communication. Checkin… well, more like just show up and walk in could not have been easier. Before we left we already re-booked her place for when we return in May for our daughter’s college graduation from UMW. Great home, great hosts!

Our stay at Kenny and Shelly’s cabin is one we will always remember! A few friends and I spent the weekend there for my birthday and it was the best time. Everything was so clean/organized, with plenty to do around the cabin. Kenny and Shelly were so friendly and even let us play with their animals, they were quick to respond to our messages and it really just felt so private/safe. Cabin had so many things I wouldn’t even think of! Seriously the best time and I’m so grateful we chose this stay!!

Meiyu met us at our car and helped us check in! She left snacks in the fridge and helped us get our stuff inside! Extremely clean, and well maintained! Would definitely stay again! If you cannot manage stairs you probably don’t want to stay here!

Cozy basement unit with all the amenities. Host is super responsive. Our flight got in late and the host worked with us on check in time. 25-45 min drive to DC, Alexandria, and Arlington depending on traffic. You van definitely hear the residents upstairs but they are pretty respectful and quiet at night. They're also super nice if you run into them. Also the hosts provide ear muffs, headphones, and ear plugs if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Kate’s accommodation was perfect. I know Fredericksburg pretty well (my son is attending college there) and it was the ideal location - easily walkable to the historical part of the city and the restaurants and coffee shops. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Kate was very accommodating and always on hand if needed. She also made up another bed for us to make us even more comfortable. The character of the house comes through too, which adds to the whole experience. It is really lovely. There is also ample, free parking next to the house, which is perfect. I will definitely use this accommodation again in the future.

A highly connected yet peaceful space in the DC area. This secluded apartment gives you all you need in the location with a quiet reprieve from the city. 100% would recommend.

Plushy is an amazing host, proactive, friendly, and always ensuring a great stay. Her guest suite is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The location is fantastic, close to Washington, D.C., with great restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is safe, and the place is spotless and well-maintained. It truly feels like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the D.C. area!
