Our family of four plus two grandmothers stayed for a college graduation weekend. Tara’s place is exactly as the photos and we felt right at home. It is on a busy street so we told Ubers to pick up at the back entrance. We felt there was very minimal traffic noise and slept very well in the EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Note it is a tri-level living situation so if there are mobility issues consider the stairs. That said, we had two grandmothers (in their 80s) and they were fine. The kitchen was easy to navigate and had all the essentials to make breakfast in the mornings. The location was good for us to sight see and also attend the graduation. I would highly recommend Tara’s home!

Outstanding townhouse and one we hope to return to. Two big bedrooms - both stylish. Lovely ground floor and kitchen and fun basement/rumpus room/man cave. Walked to king street, caught the metro to dc, short walk to two supermarkets and loads of nice close restaurants. Very friendly host. Nicely recently renovated. Too marks from me.

Lara's home was perfect. It was really quiet, comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. Lara and I were in constant contact and she was very helpful with local suggestions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town...that is if it isn't already booked!

My wife and I stayed at Sam’s place for a month while looking for some land. It was a great place, felt right at home. Good kitchen and washing machine. Thank you Sam!

The location is great for exploring Alexandria. You can walk down King Street or take the free trolley. Dining options all along the way and on side streets. The King Street Metro station is also across the street and provides easy access to Washington DC sightseeing-- National Mall, monuments, museums, etc. 1/2 hour drive to George Washington's Mount Vernon. The personnel were always friendly and responsive. A concierge was on hand to recommend places to see in the area or places to eat. The front desk had something special for patrons every day-- cookies, popcorn, a special gift for mother's day and sparkling wine, etc. The gym was adequate and stocked with towels and water. Parking was free for 2 vehicles and they are very clear on how to get to it, as it is around the corner and accessible from the Hilton area. The resort was quiet-- we did not hear any neighbors, no people being loud in the halls/atrium, etc. Getting into Wyndham just look for the sign off of King St.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

The townhome had an amazingly clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. We had everything we needed including a modern upscale kitchen with new appliances. We would book it again next time we visit Alexandria.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Parking was somewhat limited as it was a very populated neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Herry's. The house was just as described, with very cute decor and clear lables on how to find everything. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, the bathrooms were clean, and it was a great place to stay. If we had any questions, Herry was very responsive. The area is also fantastic, with just a short walk to King Street!

The Airbnb was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again, my next time I am in Alexandria

Perfect location for our Spring Break trip to the DC Metro area - less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station and close to Old Town Alexandria. Ed was an extremely responsive and helpful host. Would stay here again.

This was a great location for our family vacation to Washington D.C. It is so close to the Metro, and there are a ton of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We had some minor issues come up, but Philip was quick to respond and fix things when possible. Only negative is that the house is right off the main road, so road noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, a great stay, and we would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at David’s place in old town! The area is great and very walkable. A few things we noticed that might be helpful for future guests to know: - The bar next door is LOUD. Thankfully our 1 year old is a good sleeper so we didn’t have any problems but definitely good to know about. - The listing shows a full fridge in the amenities list, but there’s only a mini fridge. Maybe this is noted somewhere and I just missed it. - The apartment is popular (for good reason, it’s great!), so the linens have obviously been used a lot and should probably be replaced. We bought our own sheets and pillows to use after the first night. - The private parking in the adjacent garage area was great, but I wish it was included and not an extra nightly fee. There is no where else in the area to park overnight.

We had a delightful 3 month stay. Floyd is a wonderful host, with very timely responses to inquiries and requests, including promptly adding a number of kitchen items upon our arrival to better accommodate the needs of long term guests. The kitchen is now well stocked and enabled daily meal prep and dining. Overall, the place is very comfortable with a location that is convenient to everything “Old Town” including the waterfront, King Street, and the Metro. There are even a few grocery stores within walking distance and Wegmans is just a short drive away. And although the weather was unusually frigid for much of our stay, the place kept us warm and well protected from the elements.

Very cozy and comfortable house. Each of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom, which is so convenient. That the bus stop is around the corner was a bonus for us and the city buses are free. Thanks Laurie and Collin!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Best airbnb experience so far. Everything was great, clean rooms, very safe place to stay with family and kids. And for sure our host Tech is the best! He did everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Great place and very responsive to a couple of minor issues, Flexible when our plans changed.

We loved staying at John’s place in a quiet Alexandria neighborhood- it’s quiet but close to 2 great pizza places, a coffee shop, drugstore and fun unique shopping. We felt we could relax and were quite comfortable here. The backyard is spacious! We would definitely stay again.

Great location, comfortable spaces for a getaway in Alexandria! Just a couple blocks from the metro, about a mile to old town, master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out!

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.

Perfect for 3 adults. Three bedrooms so we each had our own room. Beds were very comfortable. The 1/2 bath downstairs was very handy! Kitchen was large and well stocked with basics. The stand alone water cooler was a huge bonus! The full bath with 2 sinks was large enough to have a garden bathtub and a separate shower. 2 sinks allowed 2 people to get ready seethe same time!Having an assigned parking spot was the icing on the cake! We could come and go at any time without worrying about parking. Definitely enjoyed our stay at this property!
