Peace was a great host, easy to contact and quick with answers. Beds very comfortable, flat was warm and cosy and had everything we needed, the fresh milk and tea & coffee were a nice touch.

Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Danny was a great host and excellent communicator. The apartment was immaculate with plenty of bedding, sheets and towels. Didn’t want for anything whilst we was there and the location was excellent for the bull ring which was a 10 minute walk.

Lovely quiet apartment, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Very easy to find. We had a great stay.

Daniel was a great host. Very responsive & helpful. The apartment was pristine, super comfy bed with extra pillows if required. Even had bottles of water, tea & coffee sachets which I thought was a nice touch. Check in was so easy and local shops was a bonus. There is no cooker here but I didn't mind that factor as the air fryer was enough for me. The signal for the television is/was very poor so I watched netflix instead which although wasn't a issue for me it may be for others. The apartment gets warm very quickly when the heaters are put which us a bonus. I truly can't fault my stay I loved every bit of it. Although it's a studio apartment the space is truly amazing. I would highly recommend staying here & if I had brought my work equipment with me I would of 100000% extended my stay.

Had a great stay at Diane’s and didn’t want to leave as only had a couple of days so hopefully we will book again for longer next time , everything was lovely and clean and property in a great location perfect for walks with the dog along the river , thanks very much for letting us stay and we will be back 😊

Brilliant house, perfect for a weekend with mates! Muhammad was extremely responsive and helpful and the instructions were spot on. Plenty of parking space, the house is impeccable and the hot tub was fantastic. Will definitely come again 👍🏻

Spacious and well kitted out. We had 2 dogs and found a good walk from the house along the Greenway. Near to Trentham Monkey Forest which was the reason for our stay

AJ restored my faith in Airbnb after having 3 bad experiences. He met me as promised at the property, was a no nose to the point host, totally legit and a really nice guy. Had no problems at the apartment, and everything from start to finish was completely smooth. Everything an Airbnb should be. I will genuinely book with AJ again next year. great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I can't wait to book again and come back... next time we'll stay longer

A fantastic find! A beautiful apartment and very clean. The little treats waiting for us was a thoughtful touch and the key safe to check in meant we could arrive anytime. There was board games & a tv with a fire stick. The apartment was warm, welcoming and we look forward to staying again!

Thank you so much Holly! We have spend a wonderful weekend in Ashbourne walking, eating and cycling. The flat is perfectly located for everything in Ashbourne, close to the town centre and next to the park. We would definitely recommend this for a break in Ashbourne. The 2 parking spaces were very convenient and the welcome card and treats were a lovely extra touch. Thank you!
