This was a great getaway for the end of Spring Break! We really enjoyed walking uptown or through campus. The porch was great for restful evenings too. We would definitely return.

Samantha’s place was great. We stayed a few nights and checked out a few places Samantha had suggested to us. Bourbon was great and checked out few small breweries in the area as well. The house was clean, hot tub was great, everything went smooth checking in and out. She responded to any questions fast. Our dog loved the yard. If you stay and you like good BBQ you have to go Bourbon Trail BBQ & Amish Deli. Amazing brisket sandwich and the guys are very friendly. Samantha’s place was perfect for our little getaway from Wisconsin. We’d definitely stay again.

Great accommodations!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Home was exactly what we were looking for with our selection. Peaceful area with hiking near the home in the Taylorsville State Park.

Excellent stay! The place was so clean, spacious, and exceptionally appointed with everything you might need. The location is so quiet and peaceful, and is set on a lovely river lot. Great restaurant recommendations were provided and Susan was so kind to provide baked treats and coffee. I highly recommend this property if in the area.

The opportunity for me and my brother to enjoy the NCAA tourney while cooking on the grill, enjoying bourbon bought after our tour of Buffalo Trace distillery, all the while taking in the vast landscape by the fire pit and enjoying the Western Kentucky breeze and sunset. If you are looking for a true get away and enjoying a vaca solo or with loved ones this is the spot for you. Just wish we had bought more bourbon and firewood cause both never lasted long enough enjoying the conversations and the night sky. Definitely one for the memory books.

Catawba Farms was an excellent choice for my family. My husband and I brought our grandchildren and neither were ever board. My grandson is a train lover and could not get outside fast enough when he heard the train coming. The animals, the freedom to roam, the big tree with the swing in the backyard, and the peace is just a tidbit of the goodness we found at the farm! Faith is super kind and very responsive. We spent two days, back and forth, to the creation museum, The Ark Encounter and driving into Cincinnati, all of which were within an hours drive. Thank you, Faith, for sharing your home and treating us like family!

This home was perfect for 3 couples. Living room furniture was very comfortable! We all want to buy those couches now. Very nice setting, and enjoyed the winery literally in the backyard. Host was very friendly and even brought us fans for the bedrooms that didn't have them. Will definitely stay again in the future. Close enough to Bardstown activities but far enough away to feel private and secluded at the same time.
