I used Cheryl’s place for a couple of night to attend a family wedding. Cheryl’s place was clean and was exactly what I needed. Cheryl and her husband were always very responsive and on our arrival, my kids and I got a tour of the place. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it .

Maria’s place was exactly as described and shown. A very cozy home with beautiful grounds. Great extras like coffee, creamer, teas, etc. She even provided a bassinets and diaper pail for my new born, which was not expected. If you are visiting during the summer, I would bring a fan as the AC wasn’t able to keep up with the heat but other than that the place was amazing. We will be staying again soon!

A fantastic place hosted by fantastic and inspiring people. The entire experience touched my heart in a way that is hard to come by these days. If you are looking for vibrant place perfectly integrated with nature and honest work, I highly recommend paying Keith and Cindi a visit.

The home was just enough out of the city to get away. Nice big lot and the house was nice and pleasant. Host was friendly and quick with reply's to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Cynthia and Mick are caring hosts who strive to make sure you are comfortable and cared for. The location is convenient and if you love animals - there are plenty of them for you to love on. They treated us like family and I can assure you if there is anything you need or any issues that arise, they will go above and beyond to make it right immediately. We highly recommend a stay with Cindy and Mick as they are wonderful people with huge hearts. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at Gunnar’s Ranch. He was extremely flexible and worked with me as I had a couple of hurdles. It was deeply appreciated and well worth it. We stayed in the cottage. Very cozy. Pets were allowed so that’s a big plus for us. The ranch property itself is peaceful and we enjoyed spending time walking around and enjoying the fresh air. We had a good time finding a couple good Mexican restaurants in the Modesto Oakley area. You really can’t go wrong . It’s a perfect getaway.

We loved our stay! The perfect combination of comfort in a natural farm setting. Trish and her husband were super friendly and responsive. We really appreciated the fresh eggs left in the fridge for morning omelets! Would love to come back sometime.

This was an absolutely delightful stay! The house was immaculately clean, wonderfully located, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space was cozy, stylish, and felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect home base during their travels!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay with Lucia. We will be back for our annual trip as long at they are hosts! It's always one of the highlights of our vacation 🖤 tons of space, inside and out, a full kitchen, GORGEOUS master, and a pool?! Close enough to town that's it's only about 10 minutes to get anywhere and always amazing ☺️

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

Bobby was absolutely amazing. We weren’t happy with what we rented at first, so he went above and beyond to put us in a place that gave us everything we needed! This place is super secluded and was just the getaway my partner and I needed.

The place is really beautiful and the home looks nice on the inside. There were a few utensils that I had to rewash. Also, I didn’t expect there to be people on the property almost the whole entire time during our stay. I feel like this is a great place for families. But probably not for a quiet space away from others, there’s more people around that we thought. The host communicates very well and overall, it was a great experience.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Cath’s place and the location made it easy for us to get up to Bear Valley for a fun day of tubing and sledding. The rooms were super spacious and the house had beautiful views - it was perfect for our group. Thank you Cath and Rick!
