Very private and peaceful I really enjoyed my stay.

The house was a fair price, clear communication and easy access into the house. It was nice to have a house to stay in where our family and dogs were comfortable. It's close to many great restaurants and the UC. There was a tiny bit of an order from pets and was kinda bare bones as far a homey feel and amenities. Overall, we were satisfied.

Unfortunately I had to cut my visit short... host was amazing with the checkout process and made sure to help me through it. Great host!! Will definitely book again in the future.

A repeat guest! This home is our family’s go to for our family ceremonies every two quarters! They are amazing at communication and they take great care of their guests and requests! We will continue booking as long as they are available!!! Love! Love! Love!

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

This Airbnb was such a pleasant surprise! While the exterior was decent, the inside was absolutely charming, the interior decorator truly worked their magic. I was impressed with how well-organized everything was, with clear labels that made finding things effortless. Judy, one of the hosts, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. This place felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay. This truly is a hidden gem! It was extremely spacious and had a huge backyard. I sat out on the patio at night and it was super relaxing and peaceful. Maurice was very easy to talk to and get ahold of. I had a few questions along the way and he always got back to me very quickly and with the exact information I needed. This will be our go-to place to stay any time we need to come to Stockton. Book this place now before people start to book it out.

This place is amazing to stay at you. Feel right at home. It’s comfy cozy. There’s lots to do. The host is amazing. You cannot get a better host than Amber. We will definitely be coming back. I’ve stayed at multiple properties that Amber owns and it’s been amazing every time.

My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts one could ask for. Rose, the host, was exceptional—her hospitality made my first Airbnb experience truly unforgettable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were luxurious. The large backyard was perfect for kids and pets to enjoy, while the main living area provided ample space for family movie nights. The driveway easily fit large trucks and SUVs, with plenty of street parking available. The quiet, clean neighborhood offered a peaceful retreat, and grocery stores were conveniently close for any shopping needs. Overall, this stay was a perfect 20/10. I will definitely be booking this property again when I visit my family!

I was here for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed my time in Tracy. Everything and I mean is near here within just a couple of miles. The place was perfect for me. Laundry, exercise facility and game room, charging for my vehicle, security gate and friendly staff and guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

I had a wonderful stay at Jerry's place. Five-star service, comfortable home, and great hospitality. Jerry was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying at Jerry's place for a fantastic Airbnb experience.

The home was beautiful. The master bedroom was a treat very spacious and the soak tub was the best. My family really loved the comfort this home offered to us. I would definitely recommend. We brung our dog as well.

The place was really nice and had a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we checked in and was fairly large for our family of 4. If we needed to stay in the area we would return here.

Erick's place was the most private and secure space I've stayed at that is attached to a main home. It was barely noticeable that it wasn't a stand alone space. There is a very nice fenced patio area to enjoy privately outside, the bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen has a full size oven, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a blender, keirug (with pods supplied), electric kettle and all the pots, pans, and accessories needed to enjoy making your own meals. The bathroom shower has both a rain and separate hand held showerhead. There is even a built-in bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. Everything in the space is squeeky clean. All instructions about getting in, parking, AC operation, TV operation, etc were very clear and easy to follow. I had one minor issue - a breaker blown- on the first night and Erick came over and resolved the issue in less than a 1/2 hour. The neighborhood is nice and provides a good and safe area for talking a walk after a long work day.

Beautiful home , GREAT host I would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone interested. Private entrance and parking , clean well stocked quite neighborhood .
