The house is super cute! It’s very clean and very carefully designed to give you a country home feeling. From the artwork to the linens, the theme of country relaxation carries through the home. From the old school original flooring to the new school elegant and comfy furniture. There are plenty of places to relax around the house inside and outside. It was family friendly yet still had adult swag. Everything we needed was available in the house. May want to add an air fryer. The kids and the adults loved the backyard inside of the house seating. Feeding the hens was everyone’s favorite thing to do. Paola was very attentive and quick to answer Any questions we may have had. I definitely recommend this place.

Deanna and Michael’s place is such a gem! They are such friendly hosts and really thought of everything to make us feel at home. We never had to leave the property, there is so much to do! My kids loved helping take care of the goats, chickens, and rabbits. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub. Deanna even set up a little scavenger hunt for the kids. We enjoyed the fire pit, s’mores, and comfy beds too. We’ll be back!

My stay at Marcus’ Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, Marcus went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was an exceptional host—welcoming, communicative, and always available to answer any questions. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made this experience stand out. The home itself was nothing short of stunning—a true home away from home. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was cozy yet spacious, making it the perfect retreat. Every detail, from the comfortable bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, showed that Marcus genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. The location was fantastic as well, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this place is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

This house was amazing and definitely would consider staying again here if going to be in Merced. Max is 8 ppl per listing but cost depends on how many total guests there are, so just plan accordingly before booking for no price surprise. This was one of the cleanest homes we have rented. No dust anywhere and you feel so comfortable. Currently, everything is brand new and they supply everything you need. Communication with hosts was very easy before and during stay! Not in host’s control but next door neighbor kept their barking dogs outside all day and night.

This home is beautiful, cozy and located in a quiet residential area. We experienced an ant issue in the kitchen, but Ryan was quick to help minimize the problem promptly the next morning. Home is perfect for families. Would love to stay here again during the summer season to utilize the pool! Thanks Ryan for your hospitality!

Ginger's Luna Loft was perfect for our visit to Modesto to spend time with family. It was nice to be able to cook some of our own meals in the loft. The loft had all the dishes and cooking tools we needed to make cooking easy. The basic spices in the loft, the Keurig machine and the snacks and breakfast items provided for us were a nice plus too. The instructions for getting into the loft and for check-out were simple and clear. We loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to a local market for supplies just a few blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and inviting. We will definitely be staying at the Loft when we are back in the area for another family visit!

I 100% recommend staying here!! It’s such a beautiful home and area and such a great get away to have!! The home was huge, beautiful, and so comfortable and welcoming. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and we didn’t have troubles reaching out to her!

Can't say enough about Michelle's home and warm hospitality. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night, in town to be with family. Michelle had put up a beautiful Christmas tree and other holiday decor and also left us some holiday goodies. I called to ask if there was a roasting pan or jelly roll pan so I could roast vegetables to take to our family dinner. When we arrived, there was a brand new sheet pan on the stove! Michelle has transformed an older home into a little haven, so warm and inviting. She had even set up the third bedroom for our little grandson with Christmas books and toys on the nightstand and cuddly stuffed snowman, reindeer and moose on the bed. Our little guy was so delighted. For anyone needing to work, there is a great work space and a window that looks out onto a side yard Japanese garden with a goldfish pond. Of course it's December, so we didn't use the pool which is thoughtfully gated, as was the fish pond. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was my second stay in this property. I chose to come back because it was so great the first time. The hosts are very responsive and the property is perfect for my purposes of visiting family nearby. Highly recommend.
