If I could give this place more stars, I would. The house itself is beautiful and filled with fascinating antiques. The bedrooms were big and the beds comfortable. The backyard is also amazing and welcoming. The space was absolutely perfect for our purposes. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, dishes and spices. But the icing on the cake was all the extra touches - the homemade pie, the Christmas tree and decorations, the bottled water and so much more. Scott and Casey thought of absolutely everything. We also enjoyed meeting them and hearing their story.

I’ve stayed at a few of Mary locations a they are all amazing. Best host with the most comfortable and clean homes. I can’t wait to come back to.

Place was very nice and spacious. Felt right at home and relaxed and when we had questions we got a quick response.

We traveled with friends to enjoy the Lodi and Amador County wineries. This house is in a perfect location near downtown Lodi. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. Convenient to nearby grocery shopping options. It's located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood with a small-town character. House was as advertised, very cozy, homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and basic needs. Allen is a gracious host and responded quickly to all of our questions. All appliances were available, clean and in great working order. We are looking forward to our next Lodi vacation and plan to stay here again!

I loved staying here. Close walk to downtown which is great with all the wineries in town. Inside is cute and outside is very peaceful with the creek running through the yard. Beds were also very comfy which is always a plus. I would absolutely stay here again!

My stay was truly unforgettable. Blake graciously accommodated me and my groomsmen, providing the perfect space to prepare for my big day. The home is stunning, with an open-concept living room and kitchen that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful property again.

This property exceeded our expectations. The home is so charming from the interior to the yard. I manage a luxury hotel but prefer to stay vacation rentals when I travel. The ONLY downfall usually are beds and linen. This property spared no luxuries for either. I cannot express how inviting the bedrooms were or cozy the towels were. Coffee amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Darling ambiance in backyard with fire pits. We will be back to enjoy this gem in the sweetest neighborhood! Many thanks to the host for the true comfort.

Here for work trip, Michele was an amazing host. Very communicative and accommodating. I have slight mobility issues, so the walking path to the house to carry my luggage wasn't an option for me. Michele invited me to park by the detached garage as needed. Inside the place: Lots of attention to detail, snacks, kitchen amenities, good sized fridge/freezer, bathroom amenities, and instant hot water! Overall comfy place for 1-2 guests.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Loved our stay at Melissa’s! The place is a short 5 minute walk to downtown Sonora, everything was clean, and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the details like the complimentary treats and tea which we really appreciated. Also the place is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at the Local Pine and it did not disappoint. We absolutely adore this spot. Great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the downtown area with lots of options for shopping, restaurants, wineries, and coffee shops. The cabin is very cozy and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Can't wait to go back this Summer!

It was a great winter staycation for our family of four and two dogs. Pictures don’t do justice to this place. It’s nice and cozy with all the needed amenities. Lots of land for dogs to run around, short hiking trail. It’s very close to the historic Main Street and a short driving distance from attractions like Moaning caverns. One of the very well stocked houses we ever stayed at. Towels, dishwashing supplies, laundry detergent and everything you need. Kitchen is stocked well but don’t expect to cook a multi-course Thanksgiving meal. There are enough pots n pans to enjoy a meal. Highlight of the house is the pool table that converts to a ping pong table and all the extra games. That was exactly what I was looking for to staycation with our teenage boys. We enjoyed the stay and made some great memories with each of us taking turns to cook lunch/dinner when we weren’t going out.

Had an amazing time! unfortunately we only stayed for a night. It was a perfect getaway for us and our doggies. Loved how it was right next to the river and had a fire pit. Would definitely come again! The hosts helper, Lucky, is an amazing person! If I had a question she would respond right away! and very accommodating ❤️

She was always responsive, and I knew that they cared about our needs. Any time we needed something, they were on it.

Manny’s cabin was perfect for a peaceful get-away. We enjoyed the rustic cabin feel coupled with the modern and convenient amenities. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve booked it again for another get-away in a couple months.
