Lovely air bnb. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Large kitchen so plenty of space to cook. The bed was super comfy and the linen was amazing. Very cute place and great location.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay for 2 weeks in this cosy home away from home. The attention to detail that has been applied to the creation of this space is commendable, everything from the double glazing to ensure a cosy atmosphere to the most incredible sheets I’ve ever slept on - seriously, where did you get those sheets?!? The space was both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing, with Jan going to great lengths to add extra little touches throughout my stay. I highly recommend a stay at James on Coles, and will be back again! An added bonus was being able to sit outside of an evening and watch the very well fed wallabies wander through for their evening meal, such a delight! Thank you for having me, I’ll be back again!

Fantastic little home unit with a great view. Everything was great, bathroom, laundry, kitchen & 2 beds. Only slight issue was it’s on a steep slope & a little tight so getting a large ute into the garage was a little tricky but there are 2 other parking options so no big deal. The host was wonderful with communication & recommended a number of restaurants, cafes & walks which we did some of. This place is only a few minutes drive from the town centre but the steep hill would make it a difficult walk. Overall a fantastic place to stay hosted by a very helpful & responsive host. We will return here again on our next visit.

I had a great stay at By The Mercey. The place is very clean and very comfortable. All the facilities are there. The view is amazing. Evelyne and Richard are amazing hosts, they even invited me for pasta dinner one night! I hope to be back one day Eugene.

What an amazing modernist house overlooking the sea in Penguin. A host with such attention to detail makes you feel like you’re at a home away from home! Also Narelle was extremely generous and kind with the hospitality and extra care she showed towards our family. Thank you and we look forward to spending some more time with you again in beautiful Penguin.

This well styled and well presented spacious house was in a great location with fabulous uninterrupted sea views across Bass Strait to the North and coastal views to the East and to the West. Across the main road is a walking and cycling path to nearby towns. There is a Farmers fresh vegee shed nearby. Everything we needed was on hand. There were comfortable sitting areas and a lovely roomy deck. The shower was hot and with a good flow.

Tirah’s place very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and check in instructions described well. Location close to be beach and shopping. Excellent location for observing the little penguins and nearby to the Fernglade Platypus reserve. Recommend this property for wildlife enthusiasts!
