The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

The house was great and the views spectacular. Of course it was Thanksgiving and it was cold, but the lake was peaceful. The driveway is very steep and was difficult to park , even with a truck.

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

Jodi’s place was perfect for what I needed. I worked during the day and also like to cook some of my own meals when away from home. She provided all the little convenience things we have at ease in our own homes that u wouldn’t necessarily get in a hotel. Her description was on point and there were no unpleasant surprises. She was extremely responsive and able to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was being a pest by asking. And also availed the unit to me earlier than the posted check in time. The only downfall for me (this is personal to me and cannot be changed) is the road is a dead end connecting to a busy, trafficked road. I like getting up early and going for walks but didn’t bc I didn’t feel I had the runway to do that in a safe way.

This property was exactly as described - well set up for a short or long stay, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood has a lot of great options. My daughter, son and I took a short stroll to the restaurants in the Elizabeth district and enjoyed a short walk-about during our wait for a table. The check-in and check-out process was clear and super-easy, which was very helpful since only had a one night stay during our stop-over in Charlotte. Again, it’s a great spot for a short or long stay. Thank you Jacques!!

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

I had a great stay! The space was efficiently staged, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated how safe I felt throughout my stay. Parking was also super convenient—definitely a plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Danielle was a wonderful host, so personable, always very responsive, and just wonderful to chat with in general. my dog loved the little pond here so much, it was a great spot for her to swim and play fetch in!

This studio is located in walking distance to downtown, offers an assigned parking spot in the garage underneath the building, is uncluttered and provides basics for a short comfortable stay.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

Honestly a really great stay for me and my gf. Great communication, the home was extremely nice and I even needed to stay one more day and was accommodated for that within minutes of me reaching out about it. I would say if you want a cozy stay at a nice place and want to enjoy relaxing, book this air bnb!

Loved the place, was visiting town for a conference at the convention center, walkable, great restaurants nearby, place is perfect, private parking spot too. Highly recommend.
