Agin’s place was perfect for us. Good space, quiet, clean. Was nice to have the half bath. There were waters and snacks waiting for us. He was also quick to respond and flexible in check out time. We will likely be staying again when we visit family.

Rented this for a one night stay-cation for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect! Had an amazing dinner at Chophouse 101, which we walked to. This is a perfect place to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Kannapolis and then retreat to the quiet apartment above.

Perfect location! Looked exactly as described and the most comfortable mattress. The only issue I encountered was with the hot water in the shower— it wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but wasn’t a dealbreaker.

We booked last min(the day of) and needed to check in really late with a crew of teenagers coming from WinterFest at carowinds! Responded really quick when confirming we could check in super late. Clean space. Nice layout. Had everything we needed! Would book again!

For there being 8 beds, it was spacious and kept clean. I could move around comfortably and didn’t hear the neighbors. The place was smack in the middle of everything which made for easy and smooth travels.

this was above and beyond our expectations for how nifty place to stay. if you have to stay in salacity, this is is where I would highly recommend.

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

Joseph’s home was absolutely amazing!! Great views and amazing hospitality. We will definitely be staying again!!

Great little house to relax and spend time with family at. The host is very responsive and tried to help us solve a problem for another family member in the area.

Absolutely love Jennifer’s place. Everything was exactly the way that the listing said. The view was amazing and if I had any questions the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this home again! Already looking to book for our family trip in July!

Great place to spend a long weekend with family and friends. Awesome dock for fishing - saw lots of wildlife. Incredible kitchen - made cooking easy. Bathrooms clean and private. Had an issue before trip with local water quality - host offered to stock up with water bottles and gallons for cooking and drinking. Not necessary in the end, but much appreciated. Don’t need to bring anything for kids or entertainment if staying here, tons games, toys, magazines, etc. beautiful screened in porch gave added sense of security with it being a lake front property and littles toddling around. Neighborhood gorgeous - we walked, biked and ran. 10/10 recommend!

This place was the perfect lake getaway for 2 families of 4. Kate was very responsive and the house was very well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Sam's Riverside Retreat was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet weekend with family. The scenery is beautiful. The hosts couldn't have been any more polite and prompt with their responses when I had questions. 10/10!

One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here and would again! A lot of restaurants/ coffee shops to be able to walk too.

It’s a great location, in the middle of NoDa. A close, easy to walk to all of the businesses and back. We would definitely like to come back.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

i had a great stay at josh’s airbnb! he was also extremely responsive no matter what i reached out to about. the space was clean and it was in a prime location. the fridge had water which i really appreciated. you could walk anywhere but also get anywhere via lyft/uber and because the location was so central, it was never expensive. it looked just like the photos. i’d likely stay again next time i’m in a charlotte. this is a great space to stay!

The location was great. We walked to Napa on Providence the first night of our stay - fabulous. Lovely walk in a beautiful neighborhood. Second day we went to the Mint Museum uptown which was minutes away by car. The unit itself was peaceful and neighbors were quiet. Televisions were easy to use and I can’t think of anything that was missing that we needed. Wonderful visit.

Nice quiet area. Good TV setup nice balcony with chairs and the bed was very comfortable.
