We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

We had a great time exploring the city from here! We were able to walk very conveniently anywhere we wanted to go including to and from Bank of America stadium in less 15 minutes. The outdoor rooftop patio and other community amenities were awesome. The only struggle we had was with the use of the app to get throughout the building. It’s not hard but tricky if you’re not used to it. We were also a little disappointed we couldn’t use the apartments patio after pool hours. But that’s to no fault of the host! We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was very clean, comfortable and Laura adds lots of little touches to make guests feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet but also close to local activities and amenities. Next time we’re in charlotte we will definitely stay at Laura’s place again

Rob’s place is exactly as described. I usually don’t interact much with my hosts, but I felt at home hanging out with Rob. He’s a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment on the lake. The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A special touch was the delicious banana bread we enjoyed for breakfast (complimentary) and the amazing dinner Kim prepared for us (ordered for a very reasonable price). The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning lake view, which offered a peaceful and serene backdrop throughout our visit. We also had a blast kayaking on the lake. Kim was a great host, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and we would love to return in the future.

Place was accommodating and spacious unfortunately the TVs in both children’s bedroom didn’t work. Maybe it’s because we were by the water but there were bugs galore inside and out.

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

Excellent housing in a perfect location. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful stay. Instructions for the stay were clear and helpful. Would certainly recommend checking out this property as well as any others they may have listed.

We loved our time at TLC - the home was perfect for our family getaway...plenty of space to spread out, loads of things to keep the kids entertained, comfy chairs on the screened porch, and lake/forest views that took our breath away! Debbie was an amazing host - reaching out proactively and quickly responding when we sent a message. Check in/out was easy and we are already talking about "next time!"

Second year staying here, and hopefully not the last. The lake, the views, the sunsets, the house! It’s all wonderful and amazing. Go book this place, our kids loved every minute and we did too.

We had a lovely stay for a week over Christmas at Crystal's home. The house is directly on the lake, in a beautiful and peaceful location. I'm sure the lake is very busy in the warmer months, but this is a great location even in the winter for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Blue Heron Bungalow was great! It was as described. The home is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The bed was super comfy and the sheets and pillows were top notch. The view from the master bedroom was really pretty. We loved visiting Stony mountain winery and the Five Points restaurant was great. We also ate at Tillery Tradition which was very good and a nice atmosphere. Next time we will bring our golf clubs. Thanks to our host and hostess for being so responsive and providing a wonderful experience!
