The three-bed apt on floor 2 of Marisol Villa is roomy and has great outdoor space -- both the veranda which we used constantly and the pool area. Comfortable choice just 1/2 block from the beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Vaiana: The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The house was just as shown in the pictures- we enjoyed the house (very spacious), deck, beach, pool, water, pelicans, and kayak/SUP's. The other guests in the other rentals were nearby and lovely to talk to, but also enough space on the property for everyone to enjoy and have their own space. We had an amazing dinner 10 minutes away at the Maya Beach Bistro and the best day ever with Cultural Experiences Belize (Akeem, Raquel, Mario) on a boat tour from Placencia to Moho Caye. The sky/stars were beautiful at night and we saw the most beautiful sunrise on the last day were were there.

We booked this accommodation for the week that our adult children & spouses were with us & it was absolutely perfect. Each couple had their own space & we shared the common area. Waking up to the sea & palm trees was a highlight & all the staff were WONDERFUL!!

The condo was spacious and nicely furnished in a beautiful location. Our hostess Zun was very helpful arranging golf cart rental for us and assisting with any questions and needs. A+

Perfect for us. This is our second time at the Updeh at Ohana and we'll be back again. Easy access to everything in Placencia, wonderful view of the sunrise, ocean, and palms from kitchen, bedroom, and porch. Quiet and private, clean and cool. Everything is exactly as pictured/described. Wonderful amenities (AC, W/D, kitchen with stove, and an espresso machine! Giles and Isabelle are excellent hosts and very proactive and responsive to communications.

I have all good things to say about AJ Palms Cocoplum apartment! Very clean, right on the beach, everything we needed for a fantastic 5 night stay in Hopkins Village! Tricia was very responsive prior to our stay and throughout our visit answering questions and offering suggestions! We fell in love with Hopkins Village. The people are incredibly friendly. Although there were some tourists there, it did not feel "touristy" but rather like we were staying in a quaint beach town in Belize amongst locals. It was an easy walk to a few little grocery stores and to many restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking out the front door to have coffee on the beach each morning. The village felt very safe even when walking home at night after dinner. We enjoyed having a rental car to explore nearby national parks and other towns/cities. I highly recommend AJ Palms!

This unit is very nice and is advertised accurately. Our host Jesse went above and beyond to make sure we got checked in despite our late arrival.

this place was an architectural dream! everywhere we turned was another gem to behold! we had a bit of an issue with the heating in the hot tub but management came by to help us out. only thing I wish they were more clear on in the listing is that the second bed is a foam pad that is kept under the dining room table. other than that, I'd totally come back to this one of a kind airbnbs!

Nicolle's place was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the balcony and taking in the view of the beautiful Caribbean. The place was spacious and clean. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen well equipped. The property is very well managed and was kept tidy and welcoming. Nicolle was super responsive and even reached out ahead of our stay to arrange taxi service for us. She also offered wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. We certainly hope to return soon and would love to stay here again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful visit!

Loved our stay at Lazy Palms. Right on the beach and conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores, and tour agencies. Very nicely furnished, including comfortable chairs on the deck.Nicolle was quick to respond and very helpful with a few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the entire house, which was spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, but no staples (spices, oil, coffee, etc.) were provided. Washers and dryers are available, but you’ll need your own laundry soap. There’s a cash-only bar next door with great food, and while the property is near the water, it’s not beachfront. The neighbor kindly allowed us to use the sand in front of his property, and a nearby resort, 200 metres to the right, permitted beach access as well. The house, pool, and yard were very clean, with secure parking. Loved watching the kids play next door, Placencia, just 10–15 minutes away, has great beaches and restaurants. Despite minor surprises, we enjoyed our stay and would rebook!

I’ve fallen in love with Placencia and plan to visit a few times per year. I’ll definitely be scheduling my visits based on Megan and Phil’s availability. The apartment was so spacious and cozy. I really wanted to be able to cook this trip so a full apartment was perfect for that. The patio and hammock were hands down my favorite part of the accommodations. All amenities were present and are kept updated and functional. Additionally, Megan and Phil were always available and friendly. :) Big thanks to you both and I’ll be seeing y’all again soon! :)

Tranquility Beach Suite was simply fantastic! The sea shore was so beautiful to walk along, glad I took a friend with me, there are some stray dogs along while walking but friendly! Our Host was so welcoming and gave us clear instructions! There’s always someone cleaning up outside & their pool was just splendid! Definitely staying again on another trio to Placencia! The restaurant at the side that’s a stone throw away was also great! Belizean food and something for the kids too! Thank you so much! Looking forward to the next stay! 🙂

Our stay was exceptional! The condo had an ocean view, felt private, had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the restaurant had delicious meals, groceries were close by, staff was responsive, on-site staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept, the grounds were immaculate.

The place was even better than the photos. Clean, spacious, everything we needed was there. The beach is really beautiful and relaxing, so nice to have it right out the door! we spent lots of time in the hammocks on the porch and on the beach chairs, the most relaxing time! The restaurant nextdoor was very convenient and we walked to several others in the wonderful town of Hopkins. Groceries, beer/liquor, and, souvenirs were also very close by. We highly recommend!

Location, location location! If you want a walkout right onto the beach this is the place for you. Right near the shopping in Placencia.

Rita's place is everything you need for your hopkins stay. walking distance to food places, swimming off the dock, beautiful sunrise. the hosts were very helpful and were able to accommodate our requests whenever needed. We stayed at the downstairs, and from the house to the deck and the dock, everything is well equipped. It is a great spot if you want your own place in Hopkins.

We booked through Airbnb 3 months in advance. I read all the reviews and one review mentioned that when they got there, they didn't have a reservation. So a few days before I called to make sure I had a reservation. Initially, on the first call he didn't see the reservation on his end. He called back a couple minutes later and said we were all set. Check in was extremely easy and they even provided complimentary beach towels that we were able to take off the property but they informed us if we lost them, there would be a fee. It wasnt the room we booked, but an upgrade. I'm sure there was a reason for it but it didnt bother us to ask. The place was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC ice cold and it was at such a great spot where we could walk around to different restaurants off the Placencia sidewalk. We had a fridge so we were able to keep left overs and warm it up with the microwave. Some towels had some tiny stains but normal wear and tear. Would stay again when I'm in the area.

Phil and Megan were great! If we needed anything or had any questions they were there! It was a great location, close to the beach, store across the street for shopping, restaurants within a short walking distance! Captain Jak’s was right next door and their boat was very close so that we could walk to and see stingrays, see the fish, along with visiting with guides!!

Our family of four had the perfect stay at the Moonflower. It was just as described. Clean, spacious and with a truly unbelievable view of the Caribbean. Easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating when we arrived unexpectedly early. Hammocks in the yard, plenty of space for kids to play. Felt safe and relaxed. Highly recommend!
