It was perfect for what we needed. I saw the reviews and it did has a funky smells every time we when back to the rental, but with the room spray was fix. I guess the cleaning people din’t put toilet paper but sed was so quickly to fix it and deliver toilet paper. I like that it had everything from stove to laundry room . I would go back . Me and my boys enjoy the cute little place . Thank you!

We had a great stay. Luis was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Travel tip: LA requires driving no matter where you stay. We were able to get to Pasadena, Glendale shopping, and the LA Arboretum easily. With the right timing (driving outside typical work traffic hours) we got to downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Disneyland with ease. The bed and supplied cot were both very comfortable. The kitchen was clean including cookware and dishes, as well as a full-sized refrigerator/freezer for our left overs from local restaurants. There was an a/c we didn’t need and a small electronic fireplace/space heater that was enough to knock the chill out of the room. The unit is away from the main house and is very quiet and private. We felt very safe and comfortable in such a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and will look to book for a future stay.

Alex place was a real treat. It was in a great location, clean and the location was quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants. We attended a Phoenix Suns game and it was within walking distance. Don’t think twice about booking it is well worth it.

Quiet, very comfortable stay. Right on the way to Chiricahua. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this home truly exceeded all expectations! With four adults and three small pups, we had more than enough space to relax and move around comfortably. What really sold us on this place was its perfect location – just a short walk to the beach, a quick drive to great restaurants and bars, and even a lovely stroll to a nearby yoga studio and pastry shop. Everything we wanted was right within reach! While parking is a bit tight, the guaranteed spot was a huge bonus. Kimberley was fantastic to communicate with throughout our stay and even gave us a late check-out, allowing us to savor a bit more of the fresh ocean air before heading back to LA. The private hot tub and outdoor space were an absolute highlight and added so much to our experience. We’ll definitely be saving this spot for our next trip. Thanks again, Kimberley – we couldn’t have asked for a better mental reset!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

Pris & Tom have a wonderful Airbnb!! It is very spacious and can accommodate 10 adults comfortably! Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Pris & Tom for giving us the chance to have beyond wonderful memories!🥲❤️

Overall, we had a fine stay at this home while visiting family in CG. The home is very spacious and clean. The host provided good communication and instructions. The only real disappointment was the pool not being heated. The listing description shows a heated pool but it was too cold for us to use. Wasn’t the end of the world, we enjoyed the hot tub at night.

Our month long stay was excellent. The condo unit is well laid out and had everything we needed. The rear patio was a nice bonus. Private, quiet and even had an orange tree! There is a dedicated, covered parking spot. The complex is well maintained with a pool area and hot tub. Walk to downtown PS with all the amenities. The grocery store(s) are a 5min drive. An excellent coffee shop is 5min walk. Thank you Lindsey for being so helpful and kind. We look forward to our next trip, hopefully your place is available.

What an absolute hidden gem this place is! This place is like a little oasis hidden in the city! The deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax or even for dinner with a friend!

Loved our stay! We came in to watch our son’s U of A’s lacrosse game and this was a perfect, walkable location. The place was clean, spacious and we felt right at home. The backyard was so cute with lights and plenty of seating. Thank you - we will definitely book again!

This condo was all about the location for us. The views, as stated, are amazing! The condo is in a very safe, secure location so there was not any issue leaving the sliders open to hear the sounds of the sea and surf all night long. Greg isn’t a bothersome host however he makes it known he is there if you need anything at all! The grounds are well kept with walkways leading to the ocean, lounge chairs, swimming pools, etc. The sun shines every day and the sunsets are exquisite. We highly recommend Greg’s property at Calafia; without hesitation, we would stay there again.

Thank you for a great stay in Oceanside! The place was very comfortable and so amazing to be that close to the ocean! We will return! The only thing that was disappointing (that the host couldn’t control obviously) was the amount of kids and toddlers in the hot tub constantly. Again, it was a beautiful location and we will be back!

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.

Really liked the location and easy walking to the beach and state park. Views were great and sunset was even better. Plenty of room for 4 people. Loved it!

We stayed a month here & the place/complex is very well maintained. The condo had everything we needed. We felt at home & so did our Doxies. The grounds are beautiful & there is so much to do around there. We felt completely safe. Nicole was very responsive. Thank you for the great stay!
