Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Place was super clean and Dan was very flexible about check in and check out times. Kitchen is a little small but completely usable! In the best location too super close to the bay and beach!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

This was the perfect spot for two! It looked just as pictured and was so close to the beach. It’s close enough to the boardwalk so you don’t have to drive anywhere but just far enough to include some privacy and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed for a second time and will definitely stay here again! Sam is a great person and I met Connie the manager and she is also great! We stayed in Beatrice (apt. B) We enjoyed our stay, It is a great location, Has a beautiful view of the ocean! You are close to shops and restaurants. The home was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the parking is great!

Indoor-outdoor space was well planned and has something for everyone. Property is beautifully furnished and has a wonderful open space with much seating. Suitable for a romantic getaway or family vacation! Peaceful setting. We saw egrets, ducks, a heron (?) and jumping fish in the lake from the backyard. Surrounding community is quiet and upscale. Press coffee is 4 minutes away. This was our family’s favorite home stay yet. And we have stayed at many places!!! You will not be sorry. Quick, reserve it before someone else does!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Mission Bay. The location was just a short walk to the beach across the street. We rented bikes and had fun riding to breakfast, along the bay, and to shops in Pacific Beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive with check-in and check-out instructions.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view home! The location is just steps from the shore with breathtaking ocean views from every angle. The house itself is incredibly spacious, offered plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably and had good parking. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the host Sandra was responsive. Highly recommend!

Christian Omar is an outstanding host with beautiful properties! My wife and I exclusively stay with Christian when we travel to Rosarito. 10 out of 10 every time!

We had a comfortable stay looked like the pictures.

The place was great for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. We brought our own wagon, which came in handy for hauling chairs and toys. Having a first-floor patio was great for loading and unloading the wagon. The generator is a bit of an eyesore but we still enjoyed the view of the boats on the bay. Parking was tight but we managed to fit a 4-door jeep wrangler in the spot.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

My family stayed for a week and we had a wonderful time. This apartment was just steps from the bay and it was perfect for my young daughter. The views were amazing and weather was beautiful. Many walkable places nearby - including a small park along the bay. But anything else you’d need or want to do in all the best parts of San Diego were just a few minutes drive away. The condo was comfortable and clean. The only thing to be mindful of is that in the summer months it is warmer back in the bedrooms. We are used to AC throughout our home (very hot east coast summers), but that’s definitely more of a preference than a need. Thank you, Shannon!

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.
