My recent stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed here the weekend of the Penn State Football playoff game and we could not have been happier with the property. The location is perfect—quiet and serene, yet conveniently close to downtown and to Beaver Stadium. It was an easy 25-minute walk to the football game. The host, Danny, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. One of the highlights was his excellent communication. He provided detailed information about the area and was always available to answer any questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this property enough. It exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a memorable and delightful stay in State College, this is the place to be.

We stayed at Erin’s place for the first round CFP. We booked the space relatively last minute, but the price was excellent and met our needs entirely. The space was large and had a lot of places to sit and relax.

Jennifer's place was great! My family and I stayed here while attending a graduation at Penn State. It was cozy, clean and well maintained and the hosts were responsive. Would happily recommend this place! It had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Karyn thought everything through that it felt like we were visiting a family member who had everything you need. We had plenty of coffee, extra clean sheets, extra clean towels, all the cooking and cleaning supplies that we needed for our time there, and more. Considering the fact that our stay was during late-december and that the entrance required walking down a slope, we never had to fear slipping and falling, or getting cold. Karyn was especially quick to respond and helped out with everything we needed. One minor detail to mention is that a couple things in the bathroom felt a bit too fragile, meaning that the hook on the bathroom door couldn’t carry towels but there were many other hooks that it wasn’t a problem. We also had to be a bit too gentle with the shower handles and knobs but that’s also mostly because we’re used to different types of these appliances in our country and we were afraid to accidentally break something. Would stay again!

In total I spent two weeks at Valerie’s and I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb. I was traveling for work and this was the perfect, comfortable apartment for my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly corresponded to the description and photos. Valerie was also extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely come back to this Airbnb!

Michael was a great host. House was great and matched description. Well kept and nice quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping on Atherton and was convenient getting to campus. Thoughtful host throughout. Would recommend to others.

Our stay at Sherry’s place was pleasant, we stayed at her place for 2 weeks and Sherry was very responsive if we needed to get in contact with her. We would definitely consider her place for future stays.

Location was perfect for any PSU events. Very responsive host. Excellent communication and informative. Would definitely book again.

Property was as described in the listing. Actually felt bigger than the photos would indicate. Hosts upstairs were very quiet and we felt our privacy was well respected. Communication from host was friendly and proactive. We would stay here again when visiting State College.

Perfect place to stay for our short trip to PSU. Walkable to downtown and all of the restaurants and bars. The place was spotless and had everything we needed and some additional personal touches. Will definitely stay with Jennifer again.

We loved our stay and thought the space was perfect for our family. The entire place was incredibly well thought out with everything you could need - extras in the bathroom, extra blankets, paper plates, snacks and drinks - we had everything we could need! The kids loved the Wii and the bunk beds. We will absolutely be back!

Eli was super responsive. This home was very clean and in a great neighborhood. It was walkable… I took my dog to a park right down the street. The hosts had plenty of extra blankets, towels, water, etc. I highly recommend staying here. Very comfortable stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a Penn State football weekend. So close to campus yet didn't need to deal with the chaos of downtown. The hosts were so wonderful and accommodating and the space was spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Angelique was an incredibly gracious hostess. She reached out to me before my arrival with clear and concise instructions. She included a photo of where to park my car. The space is accurately described, and the images give a clear idea of the space (I have found some other listings have "strategic" photos). Angelique provided me with directions for temperature control and encouraged me to reach out with any questions or concerns. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The linens were all of good quality. I appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. The entrance is private. You do need to go through Angelique's kitchen and living room to get to the staircase upstairs. You are provided a key to lock the door leading to the upstairs. The house is clean and cozy. I would most certainly stay here again. I will recommend Angelique's home to my friend, whose daughter is starting at Penn State in the Fall. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This was an extremely comfortable stay. Very welcoming hosts. Plenty of space and they keep the place at a very comfortable temperature. In the morning you will hear the pitter patter of their children’s feet above. Rise and shine. Absolutely great value for what I paid. I would be happy to stay here again.

Cara & Cordell were excellent hosts with the kind of morals you hope for. We were only staying for one night and it was during an ice/snow storm. Something happened with the water tank that prevented us from having hot water to shower or wash dishes with. Cordell, Cara's husband, came over immediately *in the middle of the storm* to see if he could fix it and when the issue couldn't be resolved, they gave us a full refund. (It wasn't frozen pipes; it was something else.) Through Airbnb, Cara could only refund me her cut and so she asked for my Venm0 and immediately also sent me Airbnb's cut. Truly salt-of-the-earth hosts. Their place is a good option if you're passing through Williamsburg. Only call-out is that the bedroom blinds don't provide a full black-out situation, but we brought eye masks just in case.

Amazing accommodation! Very clean, spacious, everything up to date. Only 20min drive to State College. Liz is a wonderful host: proactive and always responsive to any and all messages. Highly recommend this place! Would return without any hesitation!!

Amy and John have a beautiful home and were exceptional hosts. The space is immaculately clean (one of the cleanest of many homes we’ve rented). It is in a very peaceful and beautiful location yet is only a short drive from campus, downtown and Bellefonte. We highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.
