We loved our stay at Ryan's place. Tricycle ride to gorgeous beaches and popular tourist destinations. Sir July, the caretaker was an amazing resource, extremely responsive, available and helpful. The location is secluded and quiet. Few monkeys will drop by when the balcony door is closed to say hello, do not feed them or open the door. There is 200 PHP per person per day should you choose to use the pool. We will definitely seek Ryan's place next time we are in Boracay. Thank you Sir July for giving us peace of mind.

I have stayed at Iv's place multiple times as it's close to the beach, has beautiful sunsets views and the studio is very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed and loved our stay! The room is very clean and it is complete as described. Perfect for family! It feels like home. The kitchen amenities are complete plus the free distilled drinking water, heater, 2 televisions. Mr.Joey is also very responsive! He granted our late check out request free of charge. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est très bien placé avec un intérieur très agréable, avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Résidence gardée à l’entréé, toute proche du D Mall, 2 minutes à pied. 20 mn environ en trike du port. Pour arriver sur Boracay, prendre de l’aéroport de Caticlan un van : 100 pesos par personnes (réglementé), compter 1/2 h pour arriver au port de Caticlan. Ensuite prendre un billet pour le ferry pour Boracay (environ 500 pesos par personne billet et taxes comprises). Très nombreux départs. Environ 1/4 h de traversée. Pour aller du port à la ville prendre un e-trike (200 pesos pour 2). Dites juste Scandi, les chauffeurs connaissent bien l’adresse. Nous avons trouvé une plage très bien à Diniwid beach. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Pekka 👍

Finally found the perfect unit when travelling to Boracay. This place has everything I needed - comes with complete appliances for cooking, washing machine and fridge, water gallon, 2 extra sofa beds (which was perfect for my group btw since there are 4 of us) plus 2 e-scooters to explore the city - this one is the highlight. Also love the hosts, the property manager Ms Anne and the receptionist Ms Sharon, their soo accomodating and extra kind. Thank you so much for lending us your place, it was so beautiful. Will definitely stay here on our succeeding trips.

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

The place was absolutely great. Rooms were clean and the property was just near enough to be walkable from the main beach but also far enough so we could enjoy the peace and quiet when needed. The main standout was Mar's hospitality towards his/her/their guests. Replies very quickly to questions and even gives recommendations. He even accommodates our heavier requests. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in Boracay!

Can’t say enough good things about my stay at Valentina’s… Valentina was responsive to our needs, the caretakers were friendly and offered many helpful suggestions for our stay.. The place was off the beaten path but quiet , clean and private. The pool was serviced twice a day and was sparkling clean.. Good cell signals at the property as well as fast internet… Definitely will stay there again!

Our stay was perfect! Boracay is a lovely place to visit and the villa is no exception. It’s located in a quiet area which is only a short trike ride to all the tourist activities. Peter is super responsive and always able to help and so is Marilou the in-house maid. For a fee, she can cook breakfast, grocery shop and babysit etc so it’s very convenient if you’re not familiar with the area.

We had a great time. The house is clean, spacious & in a great location. Outside is very windy, so we didn’t eat outside as we expected to, however it wasn’t an issue for us. Easy walking distance to d’mall, etc. but just that little bit removed, which was ideal for our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

literally 1 minute walk to the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful with all our needs. place was very clean. we had a group of 12, 5 rooms total. it is perfect for large families like us, or just a couple on romantic getaway. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely book again when in Boracay.!!! Thanks guys !!

Iris is very responsive. She has connections on the island that made our travel very convenient. We didn't have to worry about our transportation from the Airport to the Listing, since there's someone waiting for us when we landed at the airport. She's also very considerate with our requests during our stay. Over all, everyone was great, even the caretaker. We enjoyed the stay as much as we enjoyed the whole experience in the island. Hope to be back soon.

Len’s place was very nice. It was beautifully decorated and fully furnished. It was clean and comfortable. There are 2 Air-con units that keep the unit cool. The Hop-on Hop-off bus makes it easy to get around the island. The on-site pool is easily available for guests to use. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Approchable host. Offers RT airport service, less hassle for our guests. "May free coffee siya" one of the guest's compliment. The place is super near the place where they are attending. Thank you, Sir Dindo! Will surely book again here when needed.

Wow this apartment was absolutely stunning!! If you’re staying in Boracay then don’t hesitate to book this. We stayed here for 6 nights and couldn’t fault it. Has everything you need in the kitchen, very modern, super comfortable beds/pillows, quiet, great aircon, huge tv, big shower and fantastic location to get around - very central. Chen was very responsive, always helpful, easy check in with very polite staff and a fantastic price. If we return to Boracay, this is definitely where we’ll stay. Thank you again!!!

Pretty good place to stat close to Station 2 D’mall very accessible to all places.

Rob was an exceptional host providing solid advice from transit to condo to day-to-day necessities. The nearby semiprivate beach was a welcome reprieve from Boracay’s touristy commercial district (i.e. the stations). The HOHO (Hop On Hop Off) bus stops in front of building and provides reasonably priced transport around Boracay. The balcony was ideal for enjoying sunrise while having morning coffee. Friendly and capable staff answered all our questions with a ready smile even carrying our groceries from the HOHO bus to the elevator. Television had great choice of viewing options including Netflix and YouTube. All together we enjoyed a thoroughly peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay.

Très bel endroit. Le logement est super la piscine également. Très belle vue. Le logement est situé un peu plus loin du centre, il faut donc louer un scooter pour se déplacer, mais nous voulions être dans un endroit tranquille. Je recommande certainement. L’hôte et le personnel sur place accueillant. Seule petit Bémol, la douche . Elle est super propre mais difficile de se laver. Il faudrait changer la pomme de douche.
