Good appartments in a great location

환경친화적인 팜힐빌라는 너무 아름답습니다. 매일 새들과 고양이들이 놀러오고, 비 오는 날의 빗소리를 어느 노랫소리보다도 아름다웠습니다. 여유롭고 고즈넉한 팜힐빌라는 완벽히 우리 가족의 안식처가 되어주었습니다. 그리고 루디는 아주 세세한 부분까지 챙겨주어 불편한 점없이 쾌적한 하루하루를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 루디의 답변은 언제나 매우 빠릅니다. 픽업,샌딩, 조식서비스가 아주 만족스러웠고, 무료로 제공되는 세탁서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 가끔 있는 정전은 불편하지만 그 또한 낭만있었습니다. 조용한 우리집에서 좋아하는 음악을 들으며 프라이빗하게 수영을 하는 시간 더없이 행복했습니다. 번잡한 번화가를 벗어나고 싶다면 팜힐빌라를 추천합니다. 다른 리뷰와 같이 헬리오스스파의 메인도로에 내리겠다고 하면 트라이시클도 20-25페소로 다닐 수 있습니다.

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful views and a great host

Very comfortable place. The location was a but out of the way but the shuttle made it easy. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. One day I had fallen ill and Elena was super nice and kind enough to arrange medicine and food. The cleaners were great, the in room massages excellent as well. Everything was great, I'd recommend it if you wanna get away from the madness and don't mind the 15 min ride to anywhere on the island.

This is the perfect spot, right in the middle of where we need to be. Walking distance to good spots to eat, D mall, and the beach! The room was super comfy and had everything we needed. We did find it a little bright at night and it can get noisy from about 7.30 am but nothing to serious ☺️

Great place if you’re traveling with a group. Walking distance from the mall and diniwid beach. You can go to station 1,2,3 via beach shoreline. Reasonable price as well.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Freunden und waren alle mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Nic und sein Guest Manager Carl waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns den Aufenthalt in Boracay definitiv verschönert. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in einem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a peaceful retreat! This place has spectacular views and all the comforts of home. Motorcycle is the only way to get to the home so be prepared for a bit of an adventure on some small trails. Highly recommend renting a scooter and exploring the beautiful island. If you are looking for “off the beaten path” this place is perfect.

Had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I liked being away from the crowds at the beach while still being able make the easy walk over. Although the building is pretty sound proof, I could hear every footstep from the apartment above. That would be my only concern.

This is our first family trip in Boracay for my daughter's birthday; we really enjoyed our stay here. Super comfy, very near to the famous D'mall. Nearby retail stores and wet markets. The place exceeded our expectations!!! Fully equipped furniture, very clean, and really feels at home. Secured place. Very much recommendable to other people. ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est très bien placé avec un intérieur très agréable, avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Résidence gardée à l’entréé, toute proche du D Mall, 2 minutes à pied. 20 mn environ en trike du port. Pour arriver sur Boracay, prendre de l’aéroport de Caticlan un van : 100 pesos par personnes (réglementé), compter 1/2 h pour arriver au port de Caticlan. Ensuite prendre un billet pour le ferry pour Boracay (environ 500 pesos par personne billet et taxes comprises). Très nombreux départs. Environ 1/4 h de traversée. Pour aller du port à la ville prendre un e-trike (200 pesos pour 2). Dites juste Scandi, les chauffeurs connaissent bien l’adresse. Nous avons trouvé une plage très bien à Diniwid beach. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Pekka 👍

3박동안 머물렀습니다 4번째보라카이고 올때마다 페어웨이에 투숙했습니다 이번에는 원하는 동으로 배정받을수는 없었지만 저렴한 가격에 투숙할수 있어서 좋았어요 조식은 550페소 추가금으로 먹을수 있었다

The location was peaceful and secluded after a day at the beach. Great recommendations where to eat.

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The accommodation was great, the staff was very accommodating, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met. I have stayed at Iv's place multiple times as it's close to the beach, has beautiful sunsets views and the studio is very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

Stayed for 6 nights and this is the only place with good vibes. It really felt like living in an island. Lots of trees and natural landscaping. Very quiet even though it’s next to Dmall and bars. The staff is exceptionally helpful while making sure only registered guests enter the compound.

Our stay was perfect! Boracay is a lovely place to visit and the villa is no exception. It’s located in a quiet area which is only a short trike ride to all the tourist activities. Peter is super responsive and always able to help and so is Marilou the in-house maid. For a fee, she can cook breakfast, grocery shop and babysit etc so it’s very convenient if you’re not familiar with the area.

Wonderful place to stay if you want to feel and live like a local rather than a tourist. Diniwid beach is the best beach on the island for swimming and snorkeling and away from the crowds with good restaurant options. The stairs up to the house are steeper than we expected and may be difficult for some people. They did deter us from going out at times. Jungle noises can be loud at night. House is completely open but screens keep mosquitoes out. We never got bit in the house. I was concerned about no ac but fans were adequate in keeping the house cool at night. Bed is super comfy. Loved having a kitchen. Dennis and Sharon were great and kept the house tidy with fresh towels and linens and drinking water.
