A perfect place for a short weekend getaway! Very peaceful, but never boring - the location was perfect for a mix of revitalization and adventure! I came here for a girls weekend with my friend and it was just perfect. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. I 100% percent recommend these hosts!

I left something there and Emily let me come back hours later to pick it up. She was very understanding and flexible :)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed with everything needed for a short getaway. Susan communicated timely information and instructions for checkin and checkout. A very pleasant place to stay when visiting Staunton.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. The kitchen is one of the best kitted out that we’ve had, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We did hear the pitter patter of tiny feet, but I always found that charming. It’s a lovely family and a very walkable home to both the downtown mall and the wool factory. I’m sure we’ll be back.

We had a great stay at Tara and Mark's place. The location was convenient to downtown and we enjoyed being so close to the Rivanna trail for running and walking. The downstairs apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.

Fantastic experience! The area is peaceful and relaxing with gorgeous scenery! My dog enjoyed the expansive outdoor space, and I loved how quiet and private the apartment was. I highly recommend this spot!

Great little place with old charm quirks that didn’t bother me in the slightest - it felt like somewhere I could live! Walkable to the mall and easy to communicate with the host.

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful place. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the second floor, on nice days, I really enjoyed the sunlight there. The large windows offer a great view of the outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and provided detailed instructions for everything along with restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy. Their warmth and kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere, and they paid attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately, the place was already booked for the following days. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The apartment was pristine, great well-stocked kitchen, and very spacious. It is located on the edge of the beautiful historic houses listed on the Staunton Walking Tour and also walkable to the main street shops and Black Friars Play House. The Airbnb managers are quick to respond, too.

We chose this place with only 2 weeks before our sporadic vacation to get out of the city and enjoy some scenery. Ronald was a great host, responded quickly, made check in process easy and even let us check in a few hours early. Upon arriving Ronald greeted us and showed us the farm life, He also brought some apples so we can get more up close and personal with the animals. Cows and goats were great! The chicken perched on a extension cord was a good laugh too!! He showed us the trails and where to explore and while we didn’t get to use the whole Airbnb experience as others, we did explore and check it out. Paths were decent with some ruts to look out for. The fire pit area seemed cozy and if we had more time would’ve certainly utilized it. The stay was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The hot-tub was clean and very relaxing after a long day of traveling. 10/10 would recommend.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of steps. I had assumed (which I should not have) that the pool was going to be right outside of the main house. It was not. The main house is upstairs. There was, however, a pool house with a kitchen right next to the pool. Otherwise everything was comfortable and our family had a good time.

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

We stayed two nights at the river view cabin and it looks just like the pictures. It’s a beautiful location.

This is a private residence at the end of a dead end street and surrounded by woods. It feels like an oasis in the middle of Charlottesville's busy traffic. Would recommend.

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!
