Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

This place is just so amazing, the view is unbelievable waking up to like something you will see in a poster, the host is extraordinary at messaging and making sure everything is okay, any time i come jamaica, i will definitely stay here again

My family and I had mixed feelings coming down because of travel advisor, but you were  transparent with great feedback from the start. Even my mom who is super conservative loved the area and the overall experience. Everyone was really nice to us on our walks around the neighborhood. You and your staff were great and gave us exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back real soon. Jamaica is really expensive though ( as you did give us heads up about) I also wished we’d taken advantage of personal chef, as really hard figuring out food and trying to coordinate food for 13 people. All and all great time and experience.   Thanks you again.  

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

Excellent place for stay. Very family friendly. Spacious and clean. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Everything for your comfort, home away from home.

We had an amazing 2 week stay in Damain's home. It's a spacious place with nice views of the ocean. Pachie's (a restaraunt on the shore and 5 minute walk up the road) is a great place to get fresh seafood, jerk chicken, and a good drink. Megan and Owen, who both help take care of the place, were awesome. They were quick to check if we needed anything and were helpful in recommending the best places nearby or picking up and bringing any items we needed to us. The driver who Damain set us up with was Shandan. He was incredible the whole time we were in Jamaica. He'd drive us anywhere we wanted to go and also had great recommendations for activities that fit our style. So thankful for everyone making it an experience to remember, definitely on the list to make a return trip!

Very nice place, the neighborhood was safe and we were able to walk to our family’s home with no issues. The caretaker for the home lives next door, which is convenient as we had questions about the toilet one of the days. No hot water but that is to be expected in Sandy Bay. All in all, it was a very comfortable home and I would stay again.

I got this room because it was an overnight stay since until we went to stay in Ocho. It was perfect just for that. Trudy greeted us and she was really nice. The place was exactly as the listing showed and it was very clean. The place was quiet and we did not have to drive far to dine out because we ate at Snappaz down the road. Tropical bliss was a vibe as well and it was free of charge. Will definitely add this to my favorites list for future stays.

I enjoyed walking to the beach around the corner and exploring hip strip! Stacy the security guard was nice and told us many tips to venture out! I enjoyed taking a taxi to harmony beach and Doctor cave beach! If you want to go to an actually supermarket like a big one, you should ask Stacy how to get there and how to look for a cab!

Really enjoyed our stay and I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10 would recommend and our host Naomi was so helpful during our stay.

Absolutely wonderful! The condo was great! we had two couples and it was very private for both couples. the corner balcony was gorgeous... we had incredible ocean views as well as a great view of the mountains. The resort where the condo is located is fantastic with great bars, restaurants, pools, beach and entertainment. We highly recommend!

**Review Title: A Slice of Paradise in Jamaica!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo in Jamaica, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Jamaican hospitality and breathtaking views that took our breath away. **Location:** The condo is perfectly situated just steps away from the beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft white sands at our leisure. The surrounding area is also vibrant, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach. **Accommodations:** The condo itself is beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with a touch of charm. The open-concept living space is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus!

The host communication was fantastic. Easy check in with great amenities close by. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay with Golden West Escape again.

This place was way bigger and spacious than I expected. Right around the corner from the beach and food places my friends and I would get up and walk every morning. It’s also right down the road from the airport and hip strip both you could also walk To. Beautiful space

This place was very clean compared to most places I’ve rented. The Oneil was very helpful without making an itinerary for excursions and set up our rides. He basically planned the whole trip and I’m not disappointed. Our driver Delyon was amazing. He helped us find local authentic places to eat and catered to my potty brakes during king car rides. Theresa was also amazing and very patient with us. Definitely a place we will return to!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Villa. Quiet and safe in a great location near the hip strip, beaches and restaurants. Crystal is a great host and very attentive. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and was very helpful with our request.

Roots villa is a magical spot. and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, spacious with an excellent view of the carribean sea. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a large window with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff that are included are very friendly and make excellent, authentic jamaican food. It's well situated, especially if you choose to do some of the most popular excursions, for example it's right by the glistening waters and dunns river falls is only a 30min drive. The beach near- by is crystal clear with great snorkeling and never crowded. Lastly, the Villa is in a gated community and feels very safe. Overall our family had a marvelous stay at Roots Villa. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Our experience at Jewel Grande was phenomenal. From the warm and welcoming staff members to the beautiful surroundings, every aspect of our stay was outstanding. If you’re uncertain, I highly recommend it - it’s absolutely worth it.

Ok I'm gonna share Bcuz whom ever is reading and accept. we are all family as Andrew announces. It's more than pictures can describe. Andrew is so Humble. It's like having a big brother right with u. we wanted him to stay with us. Yes the HOST.... OK NOW THE PLACE ITSELF. ITS A HUMBLE PLEASURE. ITS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. I was right at Home. Enough space. Everything is Accommodated. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms and Bathrooms, Games , seasoning, Ice, Ac, Beautiful water pressure, Everything was on point. Now let's get to the Security and serenity. My 1st time to Jamica. I slept outside with no worries for 2 days straight... Immaculate Views on top of Falmouth. Made me feel Exactly the Queen I am. I don't wanna overdue this review by telling you to much. I didn't expect me to feel this comfortable and I was overwhelmed with Hospitality. I'm forever Greatful I met Andrew. He can assist with your Local adventures, food, hangouts, You name it... Thank me later by taking me with you... Enjoy!!

Twas a great place and very private. I felt very secured. The host Santana was very very helpful and always responds to any request. She made sure that we were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of outdoor space. Easy to self cater as the kitchen is well equipped but we did end up hiring a car as there are no food shops within walking distance and no places to eat other than in the resort. We did eat in one of the hotel restaurants one night but there are no prices on the menus, as most guests are all inclusive. The staff didn’t know how much anything cost so we didn’t know how much it was until we got the bill.. Michael was a responsible and helpful host and I would recommend the apartment to others.

Debra is a very kind and generous host, she is the definition of super-host! She kept checking in with us providing great local information to help with our day to day planning and trips out. The cottage is great and in the midst of Debra's beautiful garden. A real safe haven after the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked perfectly. One Love!

The Villa was truly amazing: Trudie was very communicative and sent us so much information about the house and surrounding area. All my texts to her were answered immediately. The view from our terrace overlooking the ocean was so gorgeous. We only had to walk for 4 minutes to get to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Our cook and cleaner, Cheryl and Diana, were truly special in that they were hands on and kept the house clean and prepared breakfast every morning to our requests. They were so lovely and friendly and warm. Would recommend Seagull Villa to all my friends visiting Jamaica. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
