We stayed as two families of four. The condo is very spacious and conveniently located to the gondola. With small kids in ski boots it took about 5-7 minutes to walk over. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Definitely would recommend.

Pristine!!! Clean and updated!!! Had everything we needed and so easy to get on bus if wanted a ride to base or downtown.

Great stay! The parking pass was a little tricky to find. Ours was in the basket in the kitchen.

Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Town center and ski mountain are both less than a 10min drive in either direction. Nicely finished and well stocked. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which is very convenient. Would stay again.

This was a great location for our family to do a weekend ski trip! The house was comfortable and easily fit all of us (we had 7 adults and 3 children) and it was comfortable and cozy. It was a beautiful location, and for us this wasn't a problem because we had a big truck, but in the winter it is a slippery and narrow driveway to get up to the house. It also is a bit farther from the resort than we would've liked, but there is a bus stop nearby. We didn't use the bus stop, however, because we were with little kids and it would've required us to walk down a slippery hill in our ski boots, but there is a nearby free bus stop if you would rather do that. Steamboat is known for its free parking and free shuttles to the resort, so I would look up those before going.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Reet's beautiful home. From the huge property with endless opportunities to explore for our three little kids and the Yampa running right through it, to the amazingly collected and comfortable inside of the home, this was the perfect place to stay for our family getaway. Reet is an awesome host and was so kind and welcoming and helpful for our whole stay. We could have stayed for a month! And we'll definitely be back for our next Steamboat trip.

This townhome was the perfect place for our gathering of 6. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities we needed, and an easy walk to the slopes. The 2 car garage was appreciated, as the first snowy day set us up for a great skiing weekend. The owners responded to any questions promptly.

Truly an incredible stay. Basically ski in ski in out. The hot tubs were a great plus. My group had the best couple of nights ever and I highly reccomend using this place for your ski trip!!

Super nice place, great host, a short walk and ski from the slopes. Place is super clean, new carpets. Even had a fresh bag of coffee (I forgot mine). Covered parking 20 feet from the door. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. The staff were terrific. Make this a top choice for your extended family get together. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay!! This home was within walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants downtown. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to a bus stop that takes you to the Gondola! We felt very at home here.

The best stay in Steamboat and one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The little school house sits in the beautiful Yampa valley only 10 minutes from Steamboat. It’s a unique home that is more spacious than the pictures suggest and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a mountain getaway with access to a cute mountain town!
