Very quite apartments 5-7 minutes walking from big beach (you can rent beach beds from Beach Club or use your own ones - if you rent, book for week-ends in advance as a lot of people coming). 3 bedrooms and kitchen/hall provides enough space for 6 adults + small child. Owner is very approachable and ready to help. It is advised to ensure that you have car to go to supermarket: nearest one is appox 3km away, big one 15km away. There is a bakery and mini market with essentials 15-20 mins walking but choice is limited there. Overal we liked apartments and reccomend them.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this castle on the beach is really special and very different to any other place we’ve stayed in. A beautiful and well maintained property by Banis & Helen both very lovely people ready with lots of local advice, delicacies and couldn’t do enough for you, I wish we’d bought some English treats for them to try in return! Sofia the owner is also incredibly responsive and gave us lots of recommendations too. We were a family of 4 and there was PLENTY of space for us to spread out. The main terrace is a beautiful spot to enjoy the sun, shade and sea breeze. Because of its beachside location you end up living in beach shoes as your entrance and exit point is over the sand and pebbles which is a novelty. It was also great to have the Korres extras in the bathroom especially when travelling from overseas. Kitchen essentials also perfect and we were also very grateful for the mosquito repellent and relief provided in the first aid box. They’ve thought of everything! Thank U

Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη ιδανικό όσο για ζευγάρια τόσο και για παρέα. Τεράστια αυλή με όλα τα απαραίτητα και όχι μόνο πράγματα που θα χρειαστείς για μπάρμπεκιου. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και άνετος. Το έχουμε ήδη επισκεφτεί 2 φορές.

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

Εξαιρετικος χώρος σε καταπληκτικό σημείο της πλατανας με ανεπανάληπτη θέα! Το σπιτι ευρυχωρο, με καταπληκτική διαρρύθμιση τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια! Ο χωρος της σαλονοκουζινας εξαιρετικός! Με παράθυρα προς όλες τις πλευρές να μην χάνεις ουτε εκατοστό απο την υπέροχη θέα της θάλασσας μπροστά μας! Κι ο Αντώνης καταπληκτικος οικοδεσπότης! Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο! Σε ευχαριστουμε πολυ! Με τέτοια υπέροχη διανομή το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα επιστρέψουμε πολυ σύντομα!!!!
