Peaceful Stay in a Cozy Cottage I recently stayed in a charming cottage for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a highlight. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

تمارا انسانه رائعه والبيت مريح وجميل وهاديء ونظيف يتوفر شطاف في كل الحمامات؛ غرفه ماستر بالدور الأرضي؛ وحمام إضافي ؛ و3 غرف بالدور الأول مع صاله وحمام ؛تحتاج لسياره خاصه حتى تتنقل في المنطقه وتستمع بالأنشطة؛ المنطقه جدا هادئة لايوجد خدمات حولها سيرا بالأقدام ولكن بالسياره نعم ؛؛ سألتها عن حليب وزبدة ومربى طازجه وبيض عضوي كانت سريعة الاستجابة أرسلت لنا مربى من صنع والدتها ؛كيس الفحم متوفر للشواء ولكن طلبنا خشب استيقظنا الصباح وجدنا الحطب جاهز😊 فعلا المنزل للراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن الصخب كانت إقامتنا 3 ليالي لم نخرج منها إلا مره واحده ذهبنا لرحله في المنطقه ؛؛ اللي معهم أطفال لازم سياره خاصه لانهم بيملون من جلوس البيت ؛؛ الحديقه جميله ؛؛ يوجد سجادة صلاة وفناجين قهوه عربيه وبعض البهارات وتتقبل اي ملاحظات واقتراحات ودائما تسأل عن إذا واجهتنا اي مشاكل او ملاحظات في البيت ؛؛ الواي فاي سريع ؛ لا أعتقد اني أستطيع حجز مكان آخر غير منزل تمارا بعد كل المزايا والراحه اللي حصلت عليها ؛ قامت بدعوة أطفالي لمنزلها حتى يلعبوا مع ابنها (دايڤيد) كانت تجربه لاتنسى ؛؛ وبالتوفيق والازدهار😊

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Был с друзьями, нас было 5 человек с 15 по 20 февраля 2025 года. В доме две отдельные комнаты для двух пар и диван на кухни-гостиной. На улице можно пожарить шашлык и насладиться видом, тишиной. Дом находиться в 5-7 минутах езды до асфальтовой дороги поэтому ночью было тихо и спокойно. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Самое главное это отопление и оно не имело нареканий, хочешь жарко сделай жарко, хочешь холодно сделай холодно. Еще вас встретит воспитанная собака Берта, если не хочешь с ней общаться она не будет приставать, если позовешь она молча посидит с тобой.

The stay is in a separate little house, good for 2 people, but can be 4 as well. The hosts were super nice and kind, they let us check out later than scheduled. Inside the house we had everything, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap. The place itself is a bit cold but because I saw there was a heater, which we didn’t need since we didn’t stay in during the day time but at night they have very warm blankets and a very comfortable bed. The place is in a walkable distance from the Main Street and all the cafes. The view is super nice as well. In total, super cool, thanks to Andrei and his family 🙏🏻

The location is fantastic! It’s just a 1-minute walk to the ropeway, the supermarket, and the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Maia was a great host. Apartment was perfect, right near the chairlifts for skiing, good bars, pubs and restaurants around.

Everything was great right from the start! Communication with Lela, her "how to get" instructions, the light and comfy room, the amazing mountain view from the upper floor, and a relatively silent place itself (comparing to the center of New Gudauri which is 5-7 min walk). 5 Stars for sure! The only 2 things worth mentioning, is the need for an additional heater for colder nights. We encountered -20°C outside and had to use the additional provided blankets which is not that comfortable (thanks for those though!). And a more friendly stuff at the building reception would be great. But this is not the owner's fault, anyway. All in all, the place is highly recommended! :)

Nice flat, very responsive host, all necessary staff is presented in the apartment (even washing powder, cozy night lighter and smart tv with YouTube). And all was clean, of course. The building itself is very conveniently located, 5 min walk to elevators and rents. It was quiet enough during our stay. The only minor drawback with lack of window sealing, which is being compensated by powerful heating. Also, if yo want to store board on the first floor in the locker - it won’t be available (we asked for help in ski rent)

I had an great stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—just a short distance from the ski slopes, making it super convenient for a full day on the mountain. The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The host is very nice and welcoming, helped us to show road condition, so we could estimate whether come by our car, or use a taxi. It was very useful. House is cute, view is overwhelming. We liked the heater, because it’s very cold at night. The path to the house is challenging, but worth it.

Great apartment, spacious, all the needed appliances! There is also a ski depot. To get to gondola you have to go up a small hill, but gondola is close. Also the ice rink outside plays loud music until 23:00, have in mind if you like to go to bed early.

the location from air bnb wasnt right so Giorgi sent methe right location and responded very fast. Someone waited for us to show the place. very nice place, downstairs is a shaired area with tables chairs and a sofa upstairs the rooms. which are well heated and cozy. lots of hot water to shower. stayed only for one night, but if I will return to the area this certainly would be a good place to return to. only thing that could be better is to add a shower curtain the water goes everywhere, but there is a drain other than that, was perfect.

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

Quite a nice place. It’s an apartment in a building with flats to rent right next to a hotel and a very decent pasanauri restaurant. It’s approx 100m to the slope so very close. Apartment is heated and has cutlery and microwave etc. Bed is big and comfy and a balcony is perfect 😎 The only things I would improve is the amount of toilet paper (one roll a week may be a little low for a couple 😉) and pls think about putting a simple bottle of shampoo and shower gel in the shower. These are items you expect in Airbnb :) Also I would install a fire alarm - considering some recent events in Georgia. It costs only 40 gel and can save lives 😎 But all in all a very lively place with astonishing view in a quiet part of Gudauri. If you need parties - pls choose new Gudauri :)

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
