During the snow, the cottage was something out of the movies! It is absolutely magical with a large yard that gets covered in snow while being surrounded by huge snow-topped mountains. The cottage itself is wonderfully equipped with everything one might need and it was a joy to stay in. The man who checked us in and out (sorry I forgot your name) was FANTASTIC and very helpful. At first, he seemed a bit aggressive in chat, but when we met him, we understood that the translation makes it seem so. In reality, he was lovely, kind, funny and very welcoming! Thank you both for the amazing stay! P.S if you are coming in snow season, please note that there are no tracks or paths for you to take a car inside. We got stuck in snow twice as everywhere was snow-covered and we fell into 2 ditches.

Giorgi ist ein netter junger Mann, der auch spontan einfache Lösungen ermöglicht. Er fuhr mit uns ins Truso Tal, außerdem war er immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, auch die Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit auf dem Grundstück zu parken sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Отдыхали в начале февраля. Прекрасные апартаменты, полностью соответствуют фотографиям и описанию! На кухне всё есть: посуда, столовые приборы, микроволновка, чайник. Интернет шустрый. В апартаментах одна большая удобная двуспальная кровать и диван, который раскладывается в просто огромное спальное место (даже больше, чем сама кровать:)) В апартаментах тепло, горячая вода без нареканий (напор, температура). Замечательный хост - если возникали вопросы, решались очень быстро. Безконтактное заселение. Отдельно отмечу вид из окна - оно того стоит!) Так же на первом этаже есть место локер для хранения снаряжения (влезет пара комплектов лыж или пара сноубордов). В апартаментах довольно тихо, т.к. все гости приезжают именно кататься и вокруг не так много заведений, как, например, непосредственно возле канаток. До подъемника идти минут 10 , столько же примерно до магазина. Однозначно стоит своих денег. Артём и Светлана, спасибо большое! Буду рад посетить снова!

Lela was super nice and helped us get accommodated! Was always available and the place is just as described, ski in ski out. The only real one in New Gudauri😀 Spa and restaurant in Atrium are nice but very expensive

Kurt and Anna was very responsive and answered everything quickly. The apartment was big and nice. This is ski in ski out building.

I can recommend this apartment to anyone great location with big supermarket in the building and close to the official hike routes great communication with the owner apartment has everything you need for a long stay great view from the window, especially on cloudy days (clouds often run in front of the window)

Everything was great right from the start! Communication with Lela, her "how to get" instructions, the light and comfy room, the amazing mountain view from the upper floor, and a relatively silent place itself (comparing to the center of New Gudauri which is 5-7 min walk). 5 Stars for sure! The only 2 things worth mentioning, is the need for an additional heater for colder nights. We encountered -20°C outside and had to use the additional provided blankets which is not that comfortable (thanks for those though!). And a more friendly stuff at the building reception would be great. But this is not the owner's fault, anyway. All in all, the place is highly recommended! :)

Eğer bir Hostede konaklayacaksanız Gudauri için en iyi konum ve seçenek olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Biz hosteli tamamen kapattığımız için ev gibi kullandık. 20 kişilik hostelde 6 kişi idik bu nedenle oturma alanı ve teras bize fazlasıyla yetti. Özellikle teras çok keyifliydi. Banyo vs tertemizdi her gün temizlik yapıldı. İsteyenler için snowboard kiralama ve bakım hizmeti de sunuyorlar. Seneye tekrar geleceğiz.

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

Отличные апарты, ровно так как на фотографиях. Чисто, уютно. Есть свой локер для хранения снаряжения. 7мин пешком до подъемника. Виктор всегда был на связи, с очень быстрым временем ответа по любому вопросу. Обязательно вернемся еще раз

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.
