Beautiful place with gorgeous property! Very well stocked kitchen and supplies throughout. Great location near downtown colville but still on rare huge private lot. Great access to the mountains or downtown.

This is a nice, quiet place to stay with a pond near to the house. The host was very responsive and helpful and checkin and checkout was easy.

I stayed here with two colleagues for a work trip to the area. The house is spacious and well furnished. Lisa was very responsive to questions during our stay. Overall she was an amazing host, ensuring the house was stocked with some basic necessities for your stay and then some not so basic things. Do yourself a favor, stay here if you are in the area.

Russel and Carmen are gracious host. They were especially accommodating with our ever changing plans. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a big group rent Cheri’s place for New Year’s Eve. A group of friends and a couple of us brought our babies. Cheri was 10/10 amazing. The house was even better than the photos! We were all so in love with the space. Tons of room to spread out, lots of activities and added amenities. The location is great, it is super close to Colville so we were able to get all of our groceries with ease. All we could talk about was when we could come back!

We had a delightful stay! We were very close to main street and were warm through the whole night. 10/10 would stay again

Yes, place was perfect for the ski trip that my teenage son, a couple of his friends, and I recently took to 49 Degrees North. The location is great… it is not too far from downtown Chewelah and Safeway.

Excellent spot for apres ski at 49N or just a night on the town. So many excellent options just a few steps away including the General Store, Andie’s, Sportsman’s, Quartzite Brewery, Fired Up, Yale Press, and much more! Comfy quarters with all the amenities and excellent hosts.

This is a great place to unwind after skiing at 49North. Well appointed kitchen and super clean space with everything you need and more. Super quiet and private, but plenty of wildlife right out the front door. Would gladly stay here again!

Treva is always very accommodating, very friendly. Easy place to stay when in northport.

The place was very clean and a BEAUTIFUL view outside on the patio! Anthony was very commutative and willing to help if anything was needed. The stay was a 10/10 and would recommend people who haven’t stayed in Stevens county to check this place out!

Perfect location for the in-laws to have their own space yet be close to all of us that live here. Thanks for the great timely communication. Despite a little "hiccup", out of anyone's control, things couldn't have been more seamless. Thank you for bringing this option to Deer Park! We look forward to using this option again in the future.
