The place was great. Everything worked and the outdoor covered fireplace and hot tub was great.

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

From booking to checkout, everything about our stay was perfect!! I made changes to our arrangements shortly after booking and David was quick to respond and very helpful. Upon arrival, easy entry into the house, and everything was very clean and just as pictured. This location is exactly what we hoped for our weekend!! Peaceful, quiet, clean, and relaxing! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to renting here again. I can't thank you enough for helping to our New Year's weekend getaway so memorable!!

We had a lovely weekend it is exactly as described small quaint eclectic cottage in the woods. Only a 1/2 hour from Johnstown where my grandson was wrestling was nice to be away from the town!

We look forward to coming back. Quick drive into Morgantown for events.

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

Our stay on the farm was peaceful and quiet. The view was amazing. The suite was clean and private. Kam was super responsive to an issue we had with the jacuzzi tub and was there within 15 minutes along with her maintenance man. Definitely recommended Haley Farm if you desire peace and that down on the farm feel!

We loved our stay. The decor was cute! Plenty of space.

Julie was great! She was very responsive and flexible with the check in/check out. I stayed here last minute for work with my dog and she was great with me! If was very quite which is great because I work nightshift and sleep all day. The place was beautiful and I would stay here anytime in the future

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. I stayed here while in town for an exam at the nearby Prometric center. The space was very clean, check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to food and Morgantown amenities. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect weekend at a lovely peaceful place. Honestly.. the nicest spot in the city… Beautiful location right on the river.. we loved watching the geese on the water… Not much to do in the little town.. but a local restaurant within walking distance… great food, fun atmosphere. Nancy was super helpful. Would definitely visit again!!
