We really enjoyed staying at Tennis Court Cottage. It was lovely and quiet with beautiful views and yet so convenient to walk into Hurstpierpoint. We loved the hot tub which got lovely and hot! It was my birthday weekend and proved to be a perfect location to share time with the family. The log burner made the Cottage nice and cosy. Thank you to Sandra and Simon.

We had the most wonderful stay at Coes farm. The cottage itself is lovely, really cosy with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. The setting is truly glorious, incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The farm itself is great with lovely walks and fantastic amenities. Having the use of the amazing pool and hot tub made our whole stay even more luxurious. Martin & Jess were so helpful and responsive, providing us with extra tea bags and milk when we ran out. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

We booked this little gem as a last minute half term getaway and are so we did - great location for visiting local attractions such as the Wittering, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped, Wisteria Lodge (and the hot tub…wow!) is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to Jane and Jeremy.

Beautiful cottage. Good centre point to access Worthing, Goring, Littlehampton, Brighton Great communal space! Just be aware parking is on narrow one way street. We never had trouble finding a space but it was tight if you’re not a confident driver

Helena was flexible and great at communicating with kindness when we took a wrong turn and got stuck in mud. The cottage is beautiful and somehow spacious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub. Highly recommend this cottage.

Really relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Superb decking area and private garden area. Lots of places to visit and the setting is lovely. In fact, met all our expectations and more! Really pleasant stay in sumptuous surroundings. Outstanding host!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a lovely location and a lovely place to stay then this is the place. It even comes with its own wildlife wanting to greet you ( Ducks from the pond in the back garden) will definitely go back

Wow !! The house was beautiful, it clearly had the wow factor as soon as we walked in . All the Furnishings, fabrics , bed linen , towels etc were such good quality. The place was immaculate . It Looked exactly like the pictures on the air b n b website. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach . We found the booklet, which Carly had left for us , with all the dog recommendations for pubs, cafes, restaurants etc which was so helpful , plus for dog walks . We stayed for two nights but wished it had been a week or two . The hot tub was amazing!! We went in all three days and it was February! Carly had left us Prosecco and cake complimentary. How lovely , we felt truly spoilt ! Also there were two vases of fresh flowers . The house had a seaside theme and the colours were fabulous. All in all the best stay ever! Plus even though it’s a dog friendly house , there was NO smell of dog. It truly was an idyllic stay. We definitely wish to return.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

An amazing and rejuvenating stay. The views are amazing and it was fantastic to wake up and feed all the birds and watch the wildlife. Will definitely be visiting again.

surrey hills is an amazing area. great for seansoned hikers and also gentle amblers. the cottage felt very rural and quiet and lovely grounds. it was perfect for what i needed, to "get away" from general hubbub of life. the walking is out of this world. and the views from the hills are vast. would love to return to this cottage in full blown spring. would be another lever.

Lovingly furnished ground floor conversion at the rear of the owners cottage. Own garden area leading from the French Windows contained within the owners garden. Carol is a relaxed and thoughtful host. A fantastic location for Goodwood House and racecourse and the Aerodrome.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Bar an issue that was resolved - the stay was lovely. A very nice cottage with all the things you would need to have a pleasant stay. We actually walked from Petersfield and managed without a car [so definitely doable]. Location was perfect for us - with lots of walks and the pubs weren't too far away. Elizabeth gave us a lovely welcome and it was obvious she really cares about her guests and their enjoyment. Would happily stay here again.

we had a lovely stay, the cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and local amenities were identified. The cottage was also centrally located so we were able to explore the local towns. The host responded quickly to emails and dealt with them quickly. we will definately be back

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

Excellent accommodation. Warm and very comfortable - although we were too warm on arrival, we were grateful for the heating when the temperature dropped! Excellent facilities. We chose this property as we wanted to attend a couple of events nearby but there is also lots to do - visit Brighton, walk along the coast & National Trust properties. Jane’s directions were very helpful and she ensured we were settled and happy with everything. Thanks for your hospitality - we will return!

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

We recently stayed at this lovely cottage from December 29th to January 1st, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The cottage was well-maintained, super cosy, and felt like a perfect little escape. Here are some of the highlights: Location The cottage is right on the edge of the South Downs, and waking up to those fantastic views every morning was such a treat. It’s also conveniently close to Newhaven for shopping, with reliable and frequent public transport options. We rented a car for part of our stay, and while parking near the cottage can be a bit tight for larger vehicles (as the listing clearly mentions), it wasn’t a major issue for us. One of the things we loved most was the tranquillity—you could hear nothing at night, which was such a refreshing change. If you’re visiting in winter, don’t forget your boots for those beautiful South Downs walks! My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Exactly what we wanted for a weekend break-a home away from home in a very picturesque & peaceful location.All rooms & amenities were spotless,but the fact that we could use the fireplace and build an open fire topped it all.
