Hochkar kayak merkezine oldukça yakın ve şirin bir kasabada yer alan bu eve bayıldık. 4 kişi geldik ve ev tam donanımlıydı. Kesinlikle harikaydı.

Our hosts were warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The kids loved discovering the farm animals, and the recommendations for local places to eat and for hikes in the peaceful surroundings were greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. All in all, we loved our short stay and would be happy to visit again!

We had such a lovely weekend at Karl and Ulli house. They were hosting us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. We received so many recommendations and ideas of places to visit. And the rooms were cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. We’ll be happy to visit again Karl and Ulli 😊

Einfach eine top Unterkunft! Sauber , hundefreundliche Unterkunftsgeber! Wohnung mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet! Man hat alles was man braucht!

Clean and very nice flat, just like on the pictures. Ines was really kind and gave clear instructions + responded to our messages promptly.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel zu fünft da und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber absolut gemütlich. Herzstück ist die schöne Wohnküche mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa, das tagsüber als Couch genutzt wird. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag gemütlich gefrühstückt und ausgiebig gekocht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum in ruhiger Wohnlage, ist aber mit mehreren Buslinien sehr gut und schnell erreichbar - sowohl vom Bahnhof als auch vom Zentrum. Sylvia und Richard sind tolle Gastgeber*innen. Wir wurden bereits vor Anreise mit ausführlichen Informationen versorgt, und der Check-in mit Schlüsselbox und Türcode hat super funktioniert. Zur Begrüßung warteten dann eine herzliche Botschaft, eine Flasche Sekt und natürlich Manner-Schnitten. :-) Es war unsere erste Reise nach Linz, aber wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und würden auch die Wohnung gern wieder mieten.

When you book with Helmut, you not only book a place to live, but if you are lucky and coincide with your dates, you can theoretically get an equally interesting conversation partner and stories.... trust me you won't regret it.... If you have a chance to get Helmut on some story night...then make sure to use it. The residence corresponds to the description... and if you want to relax in a quiet corner after the hustle and bustle of the big city, then this would be your best choice.

Everything was perfect. We were two familes with 5 kids together and perfectly fit to two appartments. We even got an additional small bed for our 7 year old son which was his favourite. We got some tips for trips and good food nearby. With good weather we really enjoyed ourselves.

Super saubere Unterkunft! Wir haben Timi nicht persönlich getroffen, aber es wurde sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, für uns war es perfekt. „Dorfkneipe“ mit zukünftigem Essen und netter Bedienung fussläufig erreichbar. Achtung Allergiker! Ich hatte das nicht gelesen, im Haus leben Hund und Katze. Auch wenn sie sich nicht in den gemieteten Räumlichkeiten aufhalten, so doch auf dem Flur dahin.

We had a wonderful stay, despite heavy rain. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space and all amenities. Andrea was a great host, always responsive and even brought a blender when we wanted to make a cream soup. The location is great, just across the street from the park and seebad.

We felt very welcome during New Year's Eve 2024. There are numerous nice hiking trails nearby. A great place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Wir hatten mit den Kinder eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Die Unterkunft und Lage ist top. Unsere Kids konnten dort im Garten toben, auf dem Trampolin hüpfen oder drinne mit etlichen Spielen spielen. In der Nähe haben wir tolle Ausflugsziele wie die Ruine Scharnstein, das Skigebiet Kasberg, den Wildpark Cumberland, den Almsee, den Traunsee und die Eurotherme "Aquapulco " besucht. Ein Highlight war für unsere Kids der Bauernhof oberhalb der Unterkunft. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise haben uns Eike und Verena mit Tipps und Ideen versorgt und somit geholfen unseren Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😀

Teresa ist eine großartige Gastgeberin! Das ganze Haus ist voll mit liebevollen Details ... vom Badezubehör bis zur Weinflasche im Kühlschrank. Es ist, als hätte das Haus nur darauf gewartet, dass man endlich kommt. Hatte schöne, angenehme, ruhige, erholsame Stunden. Jederzeit gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Margits und Haralds Wohnung ist eine echte 5-Sterne Unterkunft. Super sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber und haben uns immer wertvolle Tipps zum erkunden der Region gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Zweifel wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Eine tolle große Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr einfach und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert :) zu empfehlen!

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Niestety nie dostaliśmy poszewek do pościeli na kanapie, a czas odpowiedzi był długi ale mimo to, dajemy 5 gwiazdek za ogólne wrażenia: czystość, wystrój i lokalizację. Gdybym szukał jeszcze raz noclegu po drodze do Włoch, wybrałbym to miejsce.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhig gelegen ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in der Natur und kann die Landschaft Österreichs genießen. Des weiteren haben wir uns sehr über den leckeren Wein, sowie die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von Schokolade gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Herzens zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
