We had a wonderfully relaxing, re-creational time at Charity's home on the lake. The house has a wonderful screened porch, its own dock, fishing rods and lovely views! It's very close to the Cuddo unit of the National Wildlife Refuge where we came upon an alligator, egrets, wild pigs and a marvelous array of birds. In fact, there's a great variety of bird life right around the house. Charity seems to have thought of everything her guests might need. TV reception and directions for its use are excellent. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is easy to use but we encourage exploring the marvelous restaurants in the area--try Fayz and the House on the Lake, as well as the ones in Santee.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! House was amazing! Very clean and great views on the lake. Nice screened in porch which was great to hang out on. Kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were all very comfortable. Scott and Lauren were both extremely helpful and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again if in the area!

We had a great weekend at this lovely lake house. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the water and the view! Loved the property and all it had to offer. Curt was a great host, as well!

We stayed at Elizabeth's place for two nights during Master's week. It was a 30ish minute drive to Augusta so it was very convenient. Aiken is an adorable Southern town and we wished we had stayed longer to experience it - make sure you go downtown! The accommodations were matched the description and were clean and simple. The bathroom was especially beautiful and large. A few things to keep in mind: the rooms have full size beds (which are in the listing) so if you're sharing it can be a little tight! The house is not big, but it served our purpose - we were there to sleep and relax a little bit so not an issue for us. There was some confusion about the wifi - the sign inside the house had not been updated with a new wifi password and no password was given in our check in message either, so we were unable to connect or watch TV the first evening. It took a little while to get a response with the updated PW, but we were already in bed. Once we had that, all was good!

Iris’s house was very beautiful, spacious, clean and peaceful. Even had updated living room furniture. Extra amenities for the baby was a plus. We had plenty of space for all of our guests. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The one and ONLY problem we had was that the service in that area was horrible and the internet didn’t work for us. We contacted the host but didn’t get a response more than likely because we didn’t have service but, I am not sure. We did not want to leave, we felt right at home! This is most definitely a place we would stay again with our family.

Renee's house is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. I cannot put in enough words to describe how clean it was and how we felt right at home. The house has so much room and can had plenty of space for all of our group to relax and spread out. We love this place and the pool was amazing! In addition to having a beautiful house, Renee is extremely communicative and was helpful in answering any questions we had throughout the process. We will be booking this house again the next time we travel to Charleston.

My husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was perfect all around. It was the perfect space for 2 newlyweds. We met Clifton our first full day there and he was nothing but helpful the entire trip. We ran into a few issues at the start of our trip but nothing major and Clifton was there to fix them immediately. Things happen, even on vacation. He gave recommendations of places to eat and things to do. It’s the perfect location if you want to be close to downtown for activities but far enough away that you aren’t in the hustle of Charleston. Also only 20 min from Folly Beach! There’s a place just up the road with wonderful Chicken and Waffles - Maple Street Biscuit Co. Definitely check that out during your stay. If you’ve had any hesitation booking here before now, let this be your sign to book. My husband and I even talked about booking here again for future trips down that way!

Robin’s place was the perfect getaway to check out Lexington and Columbia! Private and peaceful. Beautiful home with everything you could need! Perfect for families with little kids with open floor plan and a room with 4 bunk beds. We had a blast and highly recommend!!
