The Boat House is full of charm, with unique details that make it truly special. The location is simply unbeatable—with private access to Loch Lomond, which made it really easy to explore the Loch in Kayaks. The hosts were wonderful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their thoughtful touches made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend the Boat House to anyone looking for a memorable stay near Loch Lomond. This is a beautiful cabin, right on the Loch. It was spotless, had everything you need and the Host communicated really well. We stayed for 2 nights, had 2 good meals out, both in Balmaha at The Oak Tree and yards from the cabin at The Clansman Inn. Hopefully, we will get to return again sometime soon. Thank you, for sharing your lovely home on the Loch.

Beautiful house with views that belong on a postcard. What a great property this is, lots of space with a dining room you could sit in all day. The most stunning views even in the cold and mist. We were allowed to check in early which was great, however small issue with the water pipes freezing over. Thankfully this was resolved quickly and Susan agreed to stay in the adjacent property to ensure all was well, even providing more fire wood for the roaring fires. Great property, attentive hosts, made for a super stay.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful location with everything we needed. We very much appreciated the welcome gifts of chocolates, wine and fruit, plus the groceries. Cosy, comfortable and quiet with great views. We would be happy to return.

We were a group of 8 visiting for a hiking trip. We found the house to be homely and cosy, and somewhere we looked forward to returning to after long walks. A very peaceful setting and easy access to both Loch Long and Loch Lomond Linda was a great host, who made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend

Jut an overnighter but well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless and the beds were cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Een ruime zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, badkamers en woonkamer. Prachtig omgeving. Chalet gevuld met Cd's, boeken en spellen voor slecht weer dagen of gewoon gezellig. We voelen meteen thuis in een zeer luxe en knusse chalet van Alasdair en zijn gezin. We raden deze zeker aan!! 5 sterren!! Als je het goed plant is het ook niet erg als de supermarkt iets verder weg met de auto is. Heerlijke uitgerust vakantie gehad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Swan Cove. It was just as described with beautiful views. The flat was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Beth was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Lis met us with the keys and showed us all we needed to know. I would highly recommend staying here.

What an amazing place. To be able to wake up and look over the loch was such a treat. Douglas was very accommodating and the chalet had everything we needed and more. It was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room in the bedrooms and lounge area. We’d definitely come again and have recommended it to family and friends .

Mansfield house was perfect for us to have family time together, although it was cold we found plenty to do. Finding all the beautiful lochs and walking with the dog's, my grandsons loved the playroom and the youngest one had plenty to keep him occupied with all the games and Lego health allowing we will definitely go back when we can. Thank you again we had a great time.

This house was in a stunning location. Fit 8 of us very comfortably. Love that we all had our own bathrooms. Bathtub was awesome! Beds were all extremely comfortable. Fresh sheets and towels. I’ve given 5 stars for everything but there were a few things I think could be improved just in light of paying 900+ for two nights. There was a smell in the fridge when we arrived, shower head was broken in one of our rooms, there were some dirty dishes in the kitchen but maybe to do with dishwasher as we found it didn’t wash dishes very well? I know it seems pedantic but curtains were hanging off in the living room, mould on the ceilings and quite a few old looking spiders/webs. I know it’s rural but they looked like they’d been there a while. These complaints were minor and didn’t impact a fabulous stay. I just feel like combined they were worth mentioning as they are easy to fix for the next guest. Would stay here again definitely. Loved having our own wee beach.

Amazing house! We spent a great time here! The private access to the lake, the brightness of the living room and the views on the lake are amazing!

A lovely stay in a picturesque village. Would highly recommend Colette’s spot to stay anytime you are near Luss. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Perfect for a big group!
