Great place. Easy parking. Lift if needed. The apartment was excellent. Comfortable king size bed, great shower, large TV easy to use. Nice and warm, heating easy to control. Very cosy and comfortable. Will definitely come again

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

We gave 5 stars to Steph based on her hospitality , friendliness and all the information she gave us regarding the local area & points of interest on the continuence of our trip … the room & bath were cozy & clean…. The breakfast setting was lovely & the offering excellent…. We late arriving but we still used her kitchen and she made us tea …we would stay again and recommend her highly … h & a

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Had a problem with the shower waste, spoke to Gary, problem resolved within hours. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Arin's place is clean and comfy and she is extremely friendly - she even made me a cup of tea when I arrived! A great choice for an affordable short stay near the university.

We traveled as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children this apartment was perfect sizes for a few days break for us while my husband was on a course. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and I found everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking meals. Parking was so handy being right outside. We Felt safe and comfortable being there. The bathroom needs a bath mat outside of the shower but apart from that it was 10/10 looks exactly like the pictures. Instructions are left in a booklet in the apartment so I found if I needed to know anything it was in the booklet. The town is less than 5 minutes walk away not loads of shops but enough to get what you need while you’re there. Would defo recommend this place to stay. Thanks

Perfect place for what we needed. Felt so cosy and Jeanette was a great host and was always on hand if we needed anything answered. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

We stayed here for the first time last year whilst visiting family and have been back multiple times since. We will continue to stay here as it is clean and spacious and David is an extremely responsive host.

In most regards this was excellent, particularly if you mainly want a base to sleep. The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and good pillows and bedding. The bathroom was also very modern and everything worked well. The only slight negatives concerned the living room/kitchen. A larger and more comfortable sofa would be welcome, as would more cooking equipment (things we noticed as lacking were a salad bowl and grater, and more pans would be useful for anyone who was cooking). There was also only instant coffee and no oil. So a really great place if you mostly just wanted a nice place to sleep and planned to eat out. If you also wanted to cook and eat in then it could be improved.

Great dog friendly apartment in the centre of Durham. On a busy road but apartment is at the back of the building so is really quiet. Lovely big garden. No parking immediately outside but found metered space quite easily 5 minutes away. Well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend

Stunning and immaculate accommodation, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with exceptional quality furniture and furnishings. The living space is welcoming and cosy, the kitchen is high end with everything you need to make yourself at home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was pristine with a fabulous shower. The location is ideal for exploring Richmond on foot and dining out if desired. The attention to detail was perfect, we will definitely stay here again with our dog.

Location was fantastic. 10 minutes away from visiting family.

We have enjoyed a 28-day stay at Gary's and Fiona's apartment in Bishop Auckland. The property was clean, comfortable and well set up; having a washing machine, along with a clothes dryer, was a bonus for a long stay. The property was well located and within walking distance to cafes, shops and supermarkets. Gary and Fiona were very helpful, informative and accommodating hosts. We would stay again.

Excellent accomodation and great spot for exploring Durham and it's sights. After a drive to the accommodation we didn't spot that parking in that area is permit only and so we got a fine. Parking was at the end of the street on the main road so that's an additional cost to be aware of. All in all great accomodation and a great location.

Absolutely beautiful little studio . Gorgeous little garden and so peaceful and quite . Everything so clean and tidy . Lots of little recommendations to go and visit and eat . Ruth was very helpful and communicative,. Highly recommended little hideaway.

I stayed for 3 nights while doing a short course. The apartment is situated in the middle of Darlington. It’s a beautiful location with old cobble stone streets mixed with modern coffee shops, restaurants and even a cinema, a short distance away. The apartment was spotless, modern yet homely, a perfect base to explore or as I did, study for the following day’s studies. Highly recommended!

We loved Pepper Arden! The flat is done up perfectly, we found it incredibly comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. We’d definitely stay there again if we had any plans in North Yorkshire
