We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

Nice little weekend get away treat. Peaceful and enough space and the out side area was a great place to be especially with the hot tub. Comfy beds but sadly didn't get chance to visit any local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone needing a peaceful weekend.

We found Wigwam listings after scrolling through loads on Airb&b. The place was absolutely stunning. Inside the cabin was lovely and clean. Hot tub was lite before we arrived. The only small thing I would say that the bbq could do with a good clean and fixing up as we had trouble keeping the bottom door closed. Heather was great in meeting us outside and showing us around. Great at responding to messages. I would return again for a long weekend get away.

We absolutely loved this place from the moment we opened the door. Everything from the meticulously sourced textiles/crockery etc that matched the setting so well to the detail in finish of the cabin etc has been SO well thought out. It was the perfect place to recuperate and relax in nature. We saw so much wildlife- even just from the bedroom window! As soon as we walked in we saw deer just behind the cabin, rabbits, foxes, woodpeckers, red kites…the list goes on. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets a stride away. The icing on the cake was the wood fired tub which was unbelievable! On our last night we had the most peaceful, still and clear night, meaning that we could see the most incredible amount of stars! Cannot recommend this air BnB enough and Trish was the perfect host. A lovely welcome with personal touches, attentive and friendly host. Thanks so much for such a great stay!

A lovely little place to stay. Nice and peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and spacious and the hot tub was well maintained. Ruth was very helpful and always on hand if needed.

Fantastic place. so peaceful., we had great weather and did many walks straight from the property. Emma and Terry were really friendly and helpful and showed us lots of great walks and places to eat locally. Thanks again.

The pictures don’t do justice - this is the most beautiful place me and my girlfriend have ever stayed. The cozy swiss style cabin is one thing but the photos don’t capture the surroundings, beautiful landscapes that go miles and amazing nature life. Steve made it very easy for us to check in, gave us a walk around and shown us how to use everything aswell, will definitely stay here again the next time we go alton towers!

A girls night away in the cabins and we wanted to stay forever longer! When we arrived we were so shocked by how stunning it was, so quiet with only the sound of the river and the most stylish cabins and good sized hot tub. It had everything we could've needed and a very high tech air fryer. Anthony was very responsive and friendly and came out in the evening to fix a lightbulb for us. The hot tub was beautifully clean and a lovely temperature. I have sent links to all my friends and family because you must see this place! Thank you so much, and we will be back! Xx

Beautiful place, was the perfect escape from the city for the weekend. Pip explained everything accurately and thoroughly and provided us with some logs for the fire which was great fun. The hut was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bath outside was perfect for a cold evening. Thanks Pip we had a great time!

Lovely place to stay, very private and peaceful, although i did not meet ray in person as he left us be to enjoy the area he was absolutely very kind over the phone and made sure we knew we could call if needed, i would absolutely stay again and recommend to others, fully equipped kitchen, and amazing sauna

A real little gem. Very calm and relaxing location. My son and I had a lovely stay with all the amenities required to keep child alive and entertained.

Had the most perfect stay for two nights. It was beautiful! Gorgeous views, clean and tidy, lived the hot tub and the fire pit! If I had to say one change I would make is that I would provide comfy outdoor seating. The picnic bench was great but needed more comfort. Not enough to deter us returning! Can’t wait to get booked in again! Thank you!!! X

We stayed in Luke’s accommodation for my wife’s 40th - from the off Luke was extremely responsive and helpful when planning where to eat and where to walk locally, with lots of recommendations. The pesto at the peacock was a 10 minute drive and a restaurant we can’t wait to return to. The accommodation was easy to find, quiet and secluded. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The garden area was a sun trap and fantastic place to relax, with the hot tub also a nice touch. We would definitely return and thank Luke for the hospitality.

The hut was amazing for our anniversary! Excellent location with stunning views and easy access to lud's church through public footpaths. The hut was well equipped with everything we needed and we were kindly left a huge chocolate roulade with fresh cream to enjoy on arrival which was such a nice touch. It was so peaceful and the setting was perfect with the loudest thing we heard being an owl and the grazing cows. We hope to be back again!

A great escape in the wilderness - The tent/cabin exceeded our expectations and the kitchen/bar has a modern design and is great to use both indoors and out. We had a great time and everything was super clean, easy to use and felt safe and secure. Bathroom/shower is modern and clean - The log fired hot tub got super warm and is my new favourite style compared to 'traditional' hot tubs. Tamara got us settled in right away and let us get on with our weekend without delay. She also offered great advice about the places to eat and things to do in the local area. We brought along our 15 month old who comfortably stayed in the travel cot, along with our senior dog who both had a great time doing outdoors activities and exploring with us. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and bringing more guests! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in the lodge. The location was peaceful and scenic. The lodge itself was a really good size and beautifully decorated. The welcome booklet was really helpful and the hosts were very friendly. We stayed as a family of 4 and would highly recommend to other families. The boys loved their Easter treats provided too. Fabulous!

Lovely, spotlessly clean pod, with great facilities and equipment. Lovely views with a peaceful location. Great area, suitable for exploring. Very responsive host giving us ideas for walks and places to eat. We enjoyed a visit to Stokesay castle and ate a great meal at The Ragleth Inn. Kids loved the location too, places for outdoor play and exploring and looking at the farm animals.

We had a lovely weekend and really enjoyed the space and hot tub even in the rain!

We had a great stay. Perfect to just go somewhere and switch off for a night, surrounded by lovely fields, and hearing nothing but wildlife. We did get joined by a lot of froggy friends when it went dark (careful where you tread) but we actually found this lovely and part of the experience. Lovely place, SO relaxing, and very friendly responsive and helpful host, thank you for a great stay.
