I had the best birthday trip at this spot. easily one of the most beautiful places I've stayed!! the waterfall behind the bed, the cozy fireplace and relaxing hot tub really took this stay to the next level. I also enjoyed using the Blackstone grill and hanging out by the fire pit outside. looking forward to going back soon!

This was my third time staying at this house, and next time I’m in the area I would definitely rent it again! It’s comfortable, spacious and the views are great. Everything was clean and organized.

We stayed at the cabin for 3 days at the end of December, and loved the place and the area. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we found the kitchen to be particularly well-stocked - appreciated having not only two kinds of coffeemakers (drip and Keurig) but plenty of both types of coffee. The instructions for getting in were clear, and we appreciated the small touches like snacks that were made available for guests, along with jigsaw puzzles and games. The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we loved being right on the White River with a comfortable porch overlooking the water. The town of Mountain View is close enough to be convenient for groceries if needed, and has several really good restaurants and cute stores. Since it was off-season some places were closed for the winter, but we still found plenty to do, and even just driving around in the hills and taking in the scenery was enjoyable. I'd recommend the cabin to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Jeannie and the care takers made our stay so pleasant. Definitely stay here if you’re visiting the National Forest. It’s minutes away and has everything you need for a family friendly, quiet getaway.

We had the best time staying with Christina and Rianne! There was even champagne and a sweet note for us regarding celebrating our anniversary! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mountain View. Hopefully we will be able to in the spring!

This was our first Airbnb and it was just perfect! The location was absolutely beautiful! The temperature in the house was spot on coming from the cold outside! So cozy and we felt right at home immediately! Host John was so helpful with everything and such a fast response time! It made it that much more of a great experience knowing we have immediate help if we needed it! I 100% recommend this stay and can't wait to come back! Just an FYI, try to make it in before it gets dark! You are really in the woods/ mountains and it's scary movie vibes when you can't see a thing! Other than that, zero complaints! Thank you too the host for everything!

Wow wow wow!!! What a BEAUTIFUL cabin! We had an absolutely wonderful time for our annual weekend family getaway! This was the perfect location! And that VIEW!!! 😍 We spent the mornings talking and laughing together on the back porch looking out at the gorgeous view, and we spent the evenings around the fire pit. The cabin was clean and cozy. There were snacks waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!!!

We have stayed all over the Mountain View area. This was by far the best location. The cabin was built to last, not just some cabin built with Home Depot lumber with the tags still on. It snowed the 2nd day we arrived and the temps were down in the 2s and 3s, Courtney sent Carey and and Tanner over to deliver extra firewood for the wood burning stove, which kept the place so cozy we didn't even use the central heat and air. The stars were so bright and amazing, the creek, bubbling across the field was bathwater clear. We will definitely be returning this summer to float around in the creek and do some fishing. It was just what we needed to unplug and get away from the city. Best hosts we've had to date!

Fabulous house in a fabulous setting. The house was just as described, clean and well maintained. Sitting right on the White River the back deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax.

Had a wonderful and relaxing visit with our son, who goes to Lyon College! We will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone that's looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway! Cabin is very warm and cozy and beds are very comfortable.

We booked the day of check in, had no problem getting to the cabin or checking in. Super clean place, nice location, very peaceful. Only there for work in the area, but would definitely bring my family back.

This was a stop along the way but we will be back. This time it was frigid and no fun to be outside, however it’s beautiful! There’s an amazing view of the town and the locals were welcoming. Adorable cabin and exactly what we were looking for!

Our family went to Mountain View for a short getaway. The cabin was very nice. It had 2 bedrooms, and a foldout sofa making it a nice space for a family of 5. We enjoyed the front and back porches, the fire ring with seating, the bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed to eat there. We played board games. It was decorated very cute and had lots of extras. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabin is so cozy and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need was available. Tons of towels,extra blankets in closets,cookware,etc. We only had to bring clothes and food! Beautifully decorated but not too cluttered,empty drawers and closets to allow us to put our clothes away which I really appreciated. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized and well stocked with necessary items. We travel to Mt View a few times a year and hope we never have to stay anywhere else. The house feels far removed from town and in the country,but yet it is a quick 5 minute drive to shopping of all kinds. Definitely where we plan to stay from now on. Beautiful home,great surroundings,super sweet cohost that drove us right to the door. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.
