Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

Definitely felt like we won the "Last-Minute Booking Lottery" with this property!!! Place was better than advertised, and I never had an Airbnb host as accommodating as Khalid. 15 minute drive got you to all of the fun and exciting things to do on the island of Zanzibar, and my man Khalid had everything line up for us to maximize our 3 days/2 nights there. Would recommend this to anyone as their first option if they want to get away from being in the noisy downtown area. Oh, can't forget, that pool was amazing...could've stayed in there all day.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

We had a great stay. The host and the support team were very accommodative. The place is very quiet and friendly.

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

The apartment is on a private compound with a lagoon pool, a playground and a common area with a work space. Perfect for remote work. Everything in the apartment is of great quality and in top condition, the staff at the facility is absolutely lovely and welcoming and there is a little balcony. I can definitely recommend staying there. It's a short walk to the beach and many, many restaurants just around the corner

My stay at this place was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable experience. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

Beautiful and very homely appartment, I really wanted to simply move in. The place is designed to feel like home and it does a great job. It has everything you need, and the complex itself has a beautiful pool and is very secure. Christine’s appartment is super peaceful and she is the most accommodating host. She let me check in a little early and was very responsive when I had an issue with the wifi (which worked well for my whole stay). I would highly recommend this place as it felt like a vacation but with all my home comforts at the same time. Thank you!
