Lovely house - very spacious and close to everything. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic getaway. It is exactly as pictured plus more. I cannot express the details of decor. In addition, well equipped. We did not need anything. Highly recommend. If you are looking for unique, peaceful, quiet this is the place. Manuel gets a 10 STAR. Thank you for hosting us. Definitely will be back.

The place was decorated really cute. Everything was neat and clean. We had plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet and really close to Main Street. The backyard area was perfect to relax. We truly enjoyed our time there.

We wanted a little getaway from Houston, and this house provided the secluded environment we were looking for. We had some elderly family with us so the steep decline in terrain made it impossible for them to venture out back, but we knew there was some decline from the photos. Overall, it was quiet, away from the light and the noise, and it was just what we were seeking! The owners threw in a bottle of wine and a wonderful coupon as nice added touch (thank you, Gracie!).

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

Beautiful place for a nice quiet get away. Amazing views! We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great- not far from town and really close to the Shady Llama. We plan to come back for another visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! It was very secluded and peaceful for our wedding weekend. The space was clean and very well decorated. Big kitchen and fridge, lots of common area spaces, pool was clean, and we all felt very secure. Jeff was kind and very accommodating. He was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful Airbnb and great hospitality! Thank y’all for a wonderful stay.

My dad and I stayed here for a fly fishing festival along with his small dog. It was a great place and in the perfect location to access the river and the fly fishing festival we were in town for. We had a couple small issues figuring out how to work a couple things and Connie responded quickly with instructions. The hot tub was hot and a great place to soak after a long day.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Peaceful location; near Main Street . Plenty of space, jacuzzi was a relaxing added feature. There still is construction in the back, but did not disturb us over the weekend.

Terry made us feel right at home. The unit has wonderful views and nighttime is great for viewing stars! Had a great time, only downside was we were only there for a weekend

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Growing up my family would rent a cabin in the Hill Country and I always wanted to give my kids the same experience. I definitely think this spot is a perfect place to return to and make memories. I’m so glad we found it! I can’t wait to come back! It’s super close to Pedernales but also an easy drive to Dripping Springs or Fredericksburg if you’re looking for dinner and drinks.

This was by far one of our favorite stays and was extremely enjoyable and refreshing. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the environment. The birds in the morning are a pleasant touch to enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning. Debbie was very helpful and informative of what was available not only with the rental but also the restaurants, shops and activities/attractions. Will definitely be coming back in the near future! Beautiful stay with awesome amenities and so many animals. Waking up in the mornings to them in the backyard was always a treat. Clean and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Ryan was very responsive and really appreciated the early check in. We loved the location private but close to Main Street. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend and stay again ourselves.

Another great stay at Postcard Cabins! The cabins are well thought out and the provisions provided are such a nice bonus. We hardly had to bring anything from home! It also felt very private but not unsafe. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for a weekend girls trip! Beautiful home, beautiful property, and just the right location for all we had planned. The hot tub was great and the house was cozy. Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

Very nice and cozy cabin, we really enjoyed our stay and my favorite part was the view plus the hot tub. Very close to canyon lake and about a 30/40 minute drive to Wimberley. Overall a great choice for a getaway.
