Wow! This is one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had while vacationing. It was snowing when we arrived and the train car was warm and inviting with the fireplace on. I wish I lived in this gorgeous tiny space! It is full of character and was such a necessary respite; very cozy, private and relaxing. I have one small suggestion - tuck a toaster under the kitchen counter so guests can warm pastries in the morning. I made a mistake and meant to book 2 nights but accidentally only had one reserved. Heidi was very gracious with my mistake, we scrambled back to pack quickly because another guest was checking in. We were able to get a room at another location, so appreciate the grace provided for an honest mistake. Will definitely be back!

Quiet Home Close to Everything.

Great location. Beautiful view of the Sierras. We spent a month there visiting our kids and grandkids in Sparks. This was a perfect location to work remotely. Near a ton of stuff. Downtown Reno and UNR are 15 minutes away. Close to shopping and a ton of parks. Great place to walk a dog. The neighborhood is super quiet and neighbors were friendly. The house is quiet - especially being so close to the hospital. It had Evette needed and the hosts were super responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Hillside 4 Bedroom Home

My group and myself (total of 5) were very comfortable. There were four bed rooms but the 5th was not left out, there was an air mattress. Cooking was easy with on the pots, pans and utensils needed for the kitchen or the grill. Comfy couches too! Beautiful neighborhood and a million dollar view! Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Easy 20-30 minute drive to Virginia City. If you read this and book a stay you’ll have a blast. 👍

Had a great stay at this house extremely clean and very well managed. Backyard had a bit of clutter and stuff stacked in the back like pots and pans. Great large fenced yard for dogs no grass though just rocks. A couple rooms were marked “off limits” like garage, master closet, and one bedroom. Kitchen had nowhere to really store anything besides fridge. It’s clear these people live here full time and Airbnb the place out. We did enjoy our stay overall.

Lances place is very clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. Price point is very good as well. This is my second time staying at this location and will use this space again if dates and times work for my visit. I would recommend Lances space to others for a clean place with all the necessry ammenities.

Rosalie and her house were incredible! She is a great host and her arrangement is just what I needed. It is close to everything (within a 30 min drive) to Reno, great hiking areas, and close to a variety of shops that were so convenient. The area is beautiful as well. Her house is on a quiet street on a golf course which makes it quite peaceful. I highly recommend!

Gavin’s place is definitely a hidden gem. Especially for travelers working long hours. The massage chair is perfect to relax in. Quality TV, private restroom with HOT HOT water. The bed is adjustable with quality pillows you will sleep like a baby. Good size closet to organize all your work clothes. Hot tub is a bonus, Gavin will help you set it up. Fast internet for getting paperwork done. Definitely will stay here again.

Suburban Sparks Nevada & Nice Community!

Very nice house and area all around. Very spacious house with a reaally nice backyard. There’s a TV room which had a big tv, comfy couch and surround sound speakers which were really nice. Ron the host is a real OG lol super nice and is a legend in the track/ running world. Met his dog Harry also who’s suuuupper friendly as well as one of his two cats who wanted nothing to do with me😂 great place to stay when in Reno! Will more than likely be back when I’m in town for softball.

This historic home was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we took a step back in time, extremely fitting for the beautiful historic town of Virginia city. I definitely plan on coming back!

This location is great if you want to visit historic Virginia City. The room is small but the beds are brand new and the bedding is very comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There is one dresser to put away your clothes. There is a mini market on site if you need supplies. The hosts are very nice and friendly. There is shuttle service with the cute golf cart if you need a ride into Virginia City. You can also walk about 15 minutes or drive. Parking is limited. There is a binder in the room with restaurants and activities. We stayed to attend a wedding. We had a great time!!
