We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

Had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and as described. Loved the little touches that were done. In a great location as well. Host was super nice and communicated well

We really enjoyed our stay - located close to the seafront and a nice walk into town. A clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and nicely furnished flat, we would like to stay again on our next trip to Worthing. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Absolutely lovely apartment in the heart of Shere! So many walkable trails near the apartment with many cute little shops and restaurants nearby. Small grocery store for anything you could need right next to the apartment. The space is equipped with anything you could need to work from home or enjoy yourself in the Surrey hills. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from the city!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great location, not too far from the centre. Walkable or a quick taxi ride. Secluded quiet street either plenty to do in the area. Joanne was responsive and friendly and has a lovely place. Great place for a Brighton stay

Great place to stay whilst in Brighton, the place was super quirky and very similar to my own decor at home so it felt very homely. Walking distance to the beach and town which was ideal. Bed was SUPER comfy!!

Everything was incredibly easy to organise, property was very clean and comfortable in a beautiful surrounding area. Lots of walks, cafes and restaurants a few minutes away and very responsive host. Nice touches with snacks on arrival and milk, tea and coffee. Really appreciated the local recommendations from Alison and her husband.

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Lovely flat - beautiful views from the front window of the sunset and very peaceful decoration. Lovely high ceilings and original features. Very responsive and helpful host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

Number 22 is a beautifully presented holiday home which Fiona has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into with lovely little touches everywhere. Emsworth itself is a relaxed coastal town with the amenities a mere stroll away and is a great centre for heading out into the surrounding areas. It pays to be organised when planning your parking but there is plenty available even on a busy school holiday weekend. All in all very highly recommended.

Perfect location for the marathon. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely apartment with great facilities
