Great house and location. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely be coming back again.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

The Brown House was absolutely perfect for our stay. Super clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and heated bathroom floors. We were in Durham to see our daughter at UNH, the location was outstanding. The Emery Farm Cafe and Market is a short walk and so cute. Breakfast and lunch options, and we bought pasta to cook for dinner. David was great. Never waited for a response, he was prompt and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, we wanted a place that we didn’t have to leave and we got it! We were able to bring our corgi and doggie bags were provided outside. The bath was HUGE! And the jacuzzi so relaxing. I know someone else hadn’t liked the separate twin comforters on the king bed, but I loved them! I like not having to share my blanket! It was a little hard to cook due to the limited counter space but we made do. I did want to make note for future guests that bring their dogs, the fence does not go all the way to the ground, a lot of the snow melted during our stay and our dog was easily able to get under the fence. Thankfully we don’t let him out on his own so we were able to get him quick. I look forward to future relaxing stays at Gesine’s properties.

The derby house was all it claimed to be fantastic location, beautiful home everything you want and nothing you don’t want and all I can say is Pamela was the most gracious host I’ve ever encountered and all my Airbnb stays. Due to our own lack of coordination with our plans between three families, we ended up losing a day or two. Pam graciously allowed us to stay far beyond the checkout time and even offered us to check out the following morning. I don’t know many Airbnb owners who would do that for you. And lastly, the pictures don’t do this place justice it is beautiful beyond words!

We loved the Pig Pen. My kids are still insisting we need a place just like it. The layout was just right for us 5 (2 adult friends, 3 kids, 1 dog) to have a cosy time together and yet have places to retreat for a little break. If it had been warm enough to expand the usable space to the lovely screen porch and deck, it would have been rustic luxury. There are clever design elements - the stairs to the loft fold-up (so that little kids can be kept from going up and down when they’re tired!) and there is a big couch placed below just in case! The bar between the kitchen and living room areas was another sweet feature that leant the place an open and functional feel. Like being on a sailboat (but with way more head room :) The backyard was great for throwing ball for the pup and the woods behind back up to conservation area with a trail around a pretty pond, the entry to which is a short drive away. Absolutely nothing was lacking here, we felt totally at home.

Charming older home in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Plenty of space, the loft area was a big hit for the kids. Both the upper deck and grassy area in front of the dock provided perfect outdoor dining. Spacious master bedroom and bathrooms. Open concept living area with plenty of seating. The kayaks and canoe were an added bonus. Great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Lots of amenities provided a stress free stay. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great value, responsive host and good accommodations

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

This place fit all my needs and felt like home. Location was perfect and close to all major roads. Alan was great and was super sweet and wanted to make sure I wasn't alone during the holidays. I will definitely stay again!

Good location to both downtown Dover and the Downeaster train. The train that runs behind the house is not that loud and was fine even for my light sleeping wife. You are going to hear the horn anywhere close to downtown Dover so this place is no different than others. Very nice helpful people who also live here. This is a true old fashioned Airbnb like in the beginning and not just some investment renting out a crappy apartment for far too much like most of the others.

Can I give this rental 10 stars? It was perfect, exactly as described and the hot tub was an amazing amenity. The house was in a lovely neighborhood with sidewalks, and only a short walk to downtown. We walked to and from our dinner at Stalk (highly recommend!!) and felt very safe. The house was very clean, well appointed. Just perfect.

Five star service and accommodation in a country cabin! Elena and Ken are amazing hosts and should be the ones to teach other owners how to own a Airbnb. Amazingly quiet and secluded authentic cabin. This is as described but the cabin is so cozy and Elena made us feel at home upon meeting us to check in. She cares about your comfort. Ken knows the local area and is so happy to give a tour of the 250 acre farm. Nothing like watching sunrise out the large bedroom windows looking over the field. We sat outside one afternoon and just watched two bald eagles soar while hunting for hours. Get your food in advance. Nice country breakfast places 20 minutes away. Concord downtown is quaint and beautiful. If you are looking to get away in an immaculately maintained cabin, this is it. No tv, no WiFi (ok cell signal). This is where u go to get away and decompress with the best host ever. Will surely be back. Ken and Elena answered emails instantly. Inside has a European feel in a true cabin.

Deborah is the perfect host . She is very responsive, proactive in her messaging and makes you feel right at home before you are even at her amazing cabin. This is the second time I have stayed here and it is incredible! Their property is so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin is spotless, dust free & the furnishings and rustic decorations are perfect. Check-in is very easy/self check-in. There are easy to understand and helpful directions and places to go, see and restaurants in the area are in a book. Everything about the experience of staying here and Deborah as your host is top-notch. Highly highly recommended.

What a lovely home Ky and Anna have right on the lake. It was decorated beautifully, free of clutter and no tacky decorations. The wood stove was a cozy addition to the ambience. The super clean hot tub was magical to enjoy while the snow was falling. Ky and Anna were so friendly and helpful. Their home is equipped with everything you could need and more. It is a comfortable, safe and so sweet home. All appliances, furniture and household items were top-notch. Their home is very private yet close to dining and shopping. It is located directly on the lake which was fun for taking a winter walk out on the ice and snow. We left the kids and grandkids at home, but there are plenty of kid toys, games, books and uselful kid things available too. We loved this adorable lake home. You will too! We hope to return.

Maryjane was a fantastic host who takes great care of her beautiful cabin. She had a family medical emergency during our stay, but we both worked together to make our NYE trip a very memorable one. She is very responsive and friendly. Her home provides all of the charm of a cabin while also having modern appliances and features. We loved every second of our time here and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in Robin and Rich’s place. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. Our cabin was very clean and had a lovely rustic feel to it. The grounds were very green and peaceful. So wonderful to be able to walk down to the lake via private access track. Wolfeboro is a lovely town. Very friendly local community. Had delicious dinner at the Wolfetrap Grill and Rawbar. Thanks for the strong recommend, Robin. If you are planning to visit Wolfeboro, do not hesitate to book Robin and Rich’s place. We had a great time at Cyndis home for the long weekend. With four adults and two dogs we had more than enough space to spread out. We spend a majority of our time cooking in the clean, well organized, kitchen and playing games and watching tv in the living room.
