Great house and location. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely be coming back again.

5/5 Stars We had an amazing stay at this lake house in Wolfeboro, NH! The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. From the kitchen supplies to the cozy furniture, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for enjoying the lake and exploring the charming town of Wolfeboro. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed retreat.

My friends & I stayed at Cindy’s place for a wedding weekend. It was a beautiful lake house & perfectly accommodated us. We enjoyed the spacious living room & game room & cooked breakfasts in the kitchen. Cindy was quick to reply with any issues & even helped bring an item of clothing that was left to us! We all agreed that we’d come back again during warmer months to get use out of the kayaks & other lake amenities! Thanks again, Cindy!

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

We really enjoyed our stay! We felt comfortable and at home. Ice fishing on the lake was fun and sledding down the back hill. Short ride to Gunstock for skiing.

We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was great! Everything was easy and just as described. Hosts were great! They were kind enough to allow us a later checkout, and they were responsive when the power went due to high winds. They made sure we had what we needed to weather the brief outage. The cleaning required before checking out was so reasonable and made the busy departure morning so much more manageable. The kitchen had everything we needed, was well organized, and the knives were sharp (sometimes a rare thing in rentals!). Both inside and outside spaces are comfy and set up well. We loved our time here and would happily stay again!

Great location on the water, with a top tier hot tub. Super relaxing, comfortable. The dogs had a fenced in area which made it the perfect fit.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We loved our extended weekend at Gerda’s lakefront property. It was clean, easy check-in, everything we could have needed was there, and the set up was awesome!! We enjoyed swimming, floating, and beautiful campfires. Gerda was very responsive and kind. It was the perfect birthday getaway. Thanks Gerda!!

This is the perfect lakeside cabin! It has all the essentials in a cozy set up. The beds were very comfortable and the third floor loft space was the perfect escape for our 13 year old. The cabin sits well above the lake offering fantastic views all day and faces west for the sunset. The lake is the perfect scale for boating and kayaking. Sanford is very close - 15 minute drive - with grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, and a drive through ice cream joint. Sara’s communication was excellent. We would definitely rent again.

An absolutely wonderful cottage on a beautiful lake. West facing so lovely sunsets. The water is clear, clean and warm with a convenient pontoon to swim out to and back. The facilities were wonderful we used the kayaks and paddle boards. There is a well equipped games room (pool, table tennis and foosball). It’s perfect to keep kids entertained or just to relax. Also an outside pickle ball court. Dave and MB are very generous and welcoming hosts. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed out. Highly recommend. Dave and Caroline

Walking into Andi‘s fishing cabin felt like going to grandma‘s house! It was so cozy and nice for our quick three day weekend in Maine. Everything that has been written in previous reviews is true. Including the extensive VHS collection lol! The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and we were so happy to sleep in the sunroom and wake up to the view of the lake Pond water in front of us. Easily accessible from the main road, close to restaurants, gas stations, and other amenities, including the Hannaford grocery. My fellow found himself on the dock fishing multiple times during our stay he caught a few trout. My favorite part is the fire pit area with the café lights. I love staying in the woods and this cabin fit our needs perfectly. Andi was a responsive host and we are grateful for his communication. Very positive and friendly! Hope to stay with you again next year!

We can't thank Paula and Joe enough for being extremely accommodating! We had to alter our plans due to a hurricane impacting where we live and didn't know when we would be able to travel. The communication prior to our arrival was kind and supportive, which was very much appreciated! The cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, had a cozy vibe and spacious for two people. We did not use the kitchen with the exception of the coffee machine and a few wine glasses, but it looked like everything necessary to make a meal was provided. We were in the area for a family wedding, so we were on-the-go quite a bit. We wish we had more free time to enjoy the cottage and check out the area!

We loved this place and we hated to leave. We would live here full time if we could find jobs! This was the cleanest Airbnb rental we have ever stayed in and we are regular Airbnb renters. The owners were extremely nice and professional and very responsive. The peaceful view could not be beat. Literally, go here to relax. I read three books in 7 days. Extras: private dock, private yard, kayaks, private, safe community

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property is huge and very well maintained. The carriage house has plenty of room and very clever use of space. The house had everything we needed and more. Deborah was very accommodating and responsive. We would recommend this home to family and friends and anyone else!

Our stay here was wonderful, it’s private and quiet and a great little retreat. The house was so cute and very clean. The patio and views of the lake were incredible! Would definitely recommend this place as a place to stay!

Tammy’s place was the most perfect getaway! This cute cottage was a great spot for our honeymoon. It was secluded and quiet with a private dock to the lake. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy a little bit of everything. We got to take the boat onto the water and just relax in the sun. We used the fully stocked and prepared kitchen to cook many meals that we enjoyed on the closed deck. Tammy was kind and helpful from the moment we booked. This was a steal, I highly recommend!!

Christopher did a wonderful job communicating you didn't have anyone checking out for a loudest to check in early which was really nice it also is incredibly responsive. places absolutely beautiful well appointed I'm unlike a lot of places Guess leave things there so all your condiments etc are left by previous guests just nice because you have to bring less stuff on your trip that his place. we had a wonderful time in the town of wolfenberg is worth a visit.

Justin is a very friendly and attentive host! He met us and answered all our questions. Also before check out he sent me clear and understandable instructions. The house is very cozy and charming. The kitchen has everything to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The outside area is very beautiful with many cute decorations. Fire pit with chairs are amazing! Sandy little beach, my son loved playing there. There are beach toys in the house. Special thanks for the very easy access to the pond - steps. We loved canoeing!

Maryjane was a fantastic host who takes great care of her beautiful cabin. She had a family medical emergency during our stay, but we both worked together to make our NYE trip a very memorable one. She is very responsive and friendly. Her home provides all of the charm of a cabin while also having modern appliances and features. We loved every second of our time here and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in Robin and Rich’s place. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. Our cabin was very clean and had a lovely rustic feel to it. The grounds were very green and peaceful. So wonderful to be able to walk down to the lake via private access track. Wolfeboro is a lovely town. Very friendly local community. Had delicious dinner at the Wolfetrap Grill and Rawbar. Thanks for the strong recommend, Robin. If you are planning to visit Wolfeboro, do not hesitate to book Robin and Rich’s place. We had such a good time, Steve and Sonya were super accommodating and responsive. The house is beautiful and so is the property. They have 2, paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a canoe. My kids fished on the dock and bank from 6 am-6 pm and caught fish the whole time. We had a great stay and a lot of fun. Steve and Sonya were super helpful they even replaced the coffee maker that stopped working during our stay. We recommend it as a family of 5 with the ages of 6-2 years old. Awesome house and an awesome lake!
