Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Travis was super helpful throughout the whole booking process, as well as during our stay! The Airbnb itself was very clean, reasonably priced and honestly the perfect walkable spot between downtown South Berwick and Rollinsford - right across the border. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future when visiting friends and family in the area!

This apartment has a great location, very walkable to downtown Dover. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores even when it was cold out. It was also nice to have a clear parking spot. Check-in was easy and Travis was easy to communicate with. This was not an issue for us, but the stairs to the bedroom area are definitely steep; like New England attic steep. Like I said totally not an issue for us, but wanted to call that out. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Dover.

Excellent stay over about ten days. Very convenient location. Just a block from the Amtrak station. Quaint downtown that's getting heavy development. Plenty of dining options. Central heating works really well. Older building, but this 2nd floor unit is comfortable and cozy. Free use of shared washer and dryer in the basement. Travis is pretty accessible if you need to reach him for any reason.

This has been our third time staying with Travis and as usual, it an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The space was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location on the water, with a top tier hot tub. Super relaxing, comfortable. The dogs had a fenced in area which made it the perfect fit.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

we really enjoyed out stay. the best renting experience i’ve had. this place met and exceeded out expectations from moment we walked in up until we left. couldn’t think of anything we needed while staying here. this place was cleaner than clean! very spacious. very modern. the view was beautiful!!! would highly recommend this place.

The Brown House was absolutely perfect for our stay. Super clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and heated bathroom floors. We were in Durham to see our daughter at UNH, the location was outstanding. The Emery Farm Cafe and Market is a short walk and so cute. Breakfast and lunch options, and we bought pasta to cook for dinner. David was great. Never waited for a response, he was prompt and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely come back.

The lake house is the perfect place to gather with family and reconnect. My father, brother and me all enjoyed our stay together catching up and walking through the areas woods. Looking forward to next year.
