We had a wonderful stay at Tessa’s cottage. It is well equipped (washing machine was a bonus!) and has everything you could possibly need to stay for a longer trip. It is a beautiful location to relax, cook, read and enjoy some tranquil time with friends or family. The cottage is extremely clean and very quirky. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and made use of the additional trundle. All the beds were super comfortable and the black out blinds were helpful for keeping little sleepers in bed a bit longer! Tessa has gorgeous style and the cottage is just above place to stay. The outside space would be absolutely beautiful to make use of in the warmer months. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, lots of walks, parks and the aquarium. There is only one bathroom which is downstairs (no bath) but it is extremely spacious with a beautiful finish. Tessa is a very friendly, considerate and proactive host who really couldn’t do enough for us during our stay.

Ardwell Farm was the perfect place for us to land at the beginning of our trip. For those of us who live where all the roads are straight and directions are fairly simple to maintain, finding the place was a little challenging. Just back from an amazing two night break with my husband. Stunning surroundings, right on the beach, peaceful and relaxing. Great hosts, friendly and very welcoming, with the fire lit for our arrival. Easily contactable if necessary. Beautiful restaurants in the nearby village, need to book in advance. Didn’t want to leave😢 and will definitely book again.🤗 Thank you Alex and Danny for sharing your beautiful beach house. It’s exactly what it says on the tin!

Wee hoose was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway a stones throw from the beach and portaferry. Would love to visit again.

What a place! A really special location within walking distance of Strangford village and it's bars and restaurants, as well as pleasant walks in the estate. We really enjoyed a very special, peaceful weekend. Finbar was a great host and welcomed us personally, showed us around and then left us to it whilst being responsive and available for any requests. Will be back!

Phil's house is marvellous; full of light and so peaceful yet in the heart of this beautiful friendly and welcoming village. You open the front door to views of Strangford Lough. The nearest (tiny/excellent) bar is just a minute's walk away. There's a big, well-stocked Spa in the village plus butchers, veg and fish & chips. Good restaurant options too eg Indian restaurant and Sailing Club (a proper sailing club, open to all). Phil was a great host, excellent local recommendations and conversation. Couldn't have been better. This was our favourite place to stay after travelling for 3 weeks round Ireland and staying in lots of places.

The best Airbnb we've ever been to! Perfectly located in Strangford, great for all ages. Extremely comfortable and well stocked for all of our needs. Finished to such a high standard . We thought the property was cozy but spacious and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family. There was everything we needed and more . We will definitely be booking again. Marty and Melanie’s airbnb is a must to visit . Great hosts nothing was a problem . Thank you for a fab weekend .
