We couldn't have asked for a better place, the location was very private and the house was really clean, and super cute. I feel like the pictures don't do justice to how bright, and homey the house is. Maybe it's because my favourite colour is green and it was everywhere. I initially made the mistake of only booking for 1 person instead of 4, when I reached out to Ryan he responded within minutes letting me know there was no need to cancel; the reservation, because he would make the changes for me. Every time I communicated with him he was extremely responsive and explained things thoroughly, I never felt like he was annoyed of my questions. He also doesn't have ridiculous rules like "make all the beds, wash all the clothes" I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is clean like I'm a home. He has reasonable request like taking out the trash, and putting the dishes on the dishwasher. (if you can't do this, I don't know what to tell you ;) Great experience all around

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

What a wonderful experience at Cindy’s place during Coachella weekend! The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden was beautiful and the views are amazing. It was a true home away from home. Communication was seamless. The hosts were very hospitable and responsive ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! Absolutely loved our stay at Frank’s place! From the moment we checked in, Frank went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. He gave us a personal walkthrough over the phone, guiding us through the house, explaining how to operate the spa and pool, and even pointing out the game closet—such a thoughtful touch! The home itself was spotless, and it’s clear Frank takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Every detail was considered to ensure a comfortable stay. Ian's home was perfect for our last minute family getaway. His home was tucked away in a very quiet residential area that backed up to the beautiful mountainside with a paved walking path and trail that we took every morning to begin our day. The home layout was plenty of space for our family of five allowing privacy in each of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of countertop space to allow for meal prep everyday along with brand new appliances with the latest features. We enjoyed coffee every morning poolside with the comfortable outdoor furniture while taking in the sun, and natural beauty. The family room was a treat with the 85 inch TV that became our own personal home theater every evening with couches you could fall asleep in. Ian was extremely response and answered any questions we had. Ian was also proactive and helped out with a few questions we had regarding the pool heater, filter.

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Palm Springs Airbnb during Coachella weekend! The location was super convenient—just a short drive to the festival, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing downtime. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space were definitely highlights—perfect for pre-festival hangs and post-festival wind-downs. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Honestly, this place made our Coachella weekend even more memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free stay in Palm Springs!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was great. Everything was very clean and well-stocked with towels, soaps, lotions, pool toys and kid toys. We were traveling with a toddler and the baja shelf in the pool was perfect for playing on, plus the house has a high chair and other amenities helpful to families. Laura was a fabulous communicator and responded quickly to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

What a wonderful house! Kitchen was the best well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in travel. All the right types of tools for cooking if you wanted to cook in during your trip. The bedrooms were wonderful and roomy. The beds were super comfortable. The backyard was fun… Had a little Palm Springs wind in the afternoon that is typical.Just an overall great place to stay. Would definitely book it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Christopher!

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

We had a car and it was a great location for our ‘home base’, but may be a bit difficult if you don’t have transportation. Plenty of restaurants/groceries nearby. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub/pool due to the high winds and blowing debris. We didn’t cook while we were there but the coffee maker(s) worked great. Plenty of space for us. We would stay again. (Note: it appeared they were in the middle of a few minor repairs while we were there …but nothing that impacted us).

This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect oasis in the desert. Landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the grapefruit trees and hummingbirds too! Interior was perfect as well. Clean, comfortable, and free of clutter. The turntable in the living room was a great asset as well.

This is a charming house with a beautiful backyard. The beds were comfortable and the linens were pristine. The finishings in the bathroom and kitchen were a bit dated. I struggled to find the hair dryer because one of the bathroom cabinets was stuck. However, the house had all the necessary amenities. The backyard has a large pool with a nice stone hot tub. The location is further from down town, but is located in a quiet residential area. I did some running in the area, which felt safe to do so.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

Everything what we had hoped for during our stay at Palm Spings. Clean, good beds, basic kitchen amenities and a nice pool.

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
