We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

The place was perfect! Spacious, comforting, and exactly what me and my wife needed for the stay. Easy communicating with the host as well, anytime I travel to this area I hope I have the opportunity to book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

Perfect cozy spot in Palm Springs. Great area with a lot to do nearby. Jenny & Ania, as well as the property management and staff, were all friendly and nice leading up to and during our stay. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay (family with 2 kids) at Casita Osa! The property is exactly as described and the place is tastefully decorated and hip! The place is gorgeous! The kids had a blast at the pools and hammock garden. My husband enjoyed the gym. We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and the area is close enough to shops, markets and restaurants. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect! Big, clean, newly renovated. Plenty of towels, supplies, and a washer and dryer (that we didn't use but was there if needed). The pool (also didn't use) was lovely. IWould stay again!

Ian's home was perfect for our last minute family getaway. His home was tucked away in a very quiet residential area that backed up to the beautiful mountainside with a paved walking path and trail that we took every morning to begin our day. The home layout was plenty of space for our family of five allowing privacy in each of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of countertop space to allow for meal prep everyday along with brand new appliances with the latest features. We enjoyed coffee every morning poolside with the comfortable outdoor furniture while taking in the sun, and natural beauty. The family room was a treat with the 85 inch TV that became our own personal home theater every evening with couches you could fall asleep in. Ian was extremely response and answered any questions we had. Ian was also proactive and helped out with a few questions we had regarding the pool heater, filter.

Great place to stay. Sarkis was quick to respond and the place had everything we needed. Would love to return.

Steve O was a great host! This was right by the convention center and just a 15 min walk from Downtown Palm Springs if you don’t want to drive. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at Lynn's Airbnb in Palm Springs, and it was an outstanding experience! The location is incredibly convenient—only 35 minutes from Coachella, which made attending the festival a breeze. Plus, it’s situated near excellent restaurants and supermarkets, ensuring all my needs were easily met. Communication with Lynn was seamless; she was consistently responsive and provided everything I needed for a smooth stay. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs—it truly exceeded my expectations!

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.
