Booked this place for my retirement celebration with friends. Fabulous location , amenities, and great house. We were lucky with the weather and we sat out on the terrace , used the heater and barbecue which was a nice touch. Everybody had a fab time and Darren let us have a late check out which was very helpful. Very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this place

This was everything we needed!!! My husband was running the marathon so it was just going to be a place to rest our heads for an early start… but this was so much more than that! Debs took stress from us we didn’t even know we had.. the amenities for starters!! The gorgeous finishing touches, the comfort, the milk in the fridge, the cereal available. I just can’t explain what a godsend this was when we already had so much to think about and worry about ourselves. The place was spotless too! It smelt wonderful, it was cosy and comfortable. It really was the perfect night stay in a very pretty village. I felt like I had gone home to Mums house, only mum was out for the night and left me to it. We left a bag behind too which was so easy to retrieve and Deb notified us promptly so we could go back and get it. Thank you again, we might just be back next year

Great stay, was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was provided including fresh milk, eggs and bread along with some biscuits and tea and coffee. Rachel checked in with us on arrival and day 2 to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and experience.

Victorias place was just as advertised and more. The garden onto the canal was definitely the highlight and my kids spent the entire week out there fishing and paddle boarding. The house was spacious and really nice with a personal touch. I highly recommend Victorias to anyone looking for a spacious, homely place in a great location.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation. Everything you could possibly need. Homely, without being cluttered. Lovely dining area overlooking the garden. We are our hot cross buns and watched the squirrels. A home from home. Thank you.

Georgie is the best host you could ever ask for, nothing was too much trouble. Her place is spotless and was the perfect location for me, my wife, dog and mum and dad in Manchester as I ran the Manchester Marathon. Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful house in a lovely suburb of Manchester. Lisa was fantastic as a host, always responsive and great for local recommendations. Welcome basket was a really lovely touch.

Brilliant stay at Claire’s Airbnb. Completely clean, exactly as described and so homely! Even had bread and milk waiting for us, which meant so much. Location was convenient for the airport (10 minutes via uber) and had corner shop nearby. Not much to do activity wise, but that was to be expected in such an area. Claire was very quick with responding to queries, but her initial instructions and tips were great, meaning we found the stay very easy and enjoyable overall!! Great value for money in our opinion. Comfortable home, lovely private garden space, clean and welcoming, and comfortable beds and pillows! Would definitely stay again if we headed back to Manchester 😊

We loved our stay at Watersedge Lodge, which has superb views of the valley and the nearby canal. There is a range of seating outdoors - perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The appartment was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen was stocked with good utensils/pans for home cooking, and we were grateful of a fridge and a freezer. What made our visit extra special was the hosts. They were quick to respond to messages and very understanding and accommodating of our needs. They are kind, considerate and supportive. We highly recommend Watersedge Lodge. It’s a perfect bolt hole for those needing a quiet retreat, or if you want to explore walks and bike rides on the nearby canal, or farther afield in the Yorkshire Dales. There are also lots of cultural and historical adventures to be had nearby in Leeds, Bradford, Saltaire, Keighley, Haworth and Skipton. Finally, as mentioned by all the guests…. The Yorkshire Tea loaf is a winner! ❤️

We had a wonderful weekend at this place, it was perfect for our toddler to run around the garden and we felt right at home. Great location and stay

Lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I grew up in the area and was nice to come back and stay again. The flat was spotless, and well furnished with everything you would need for a short stay. Jonathan was super responsive to any queries we had, and was really helpful answering questions. We will definitely be back next time we are staying in the area.

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

Really comfy beds, and lovely inside fire. The outside cooking areas is amazing. Steve put a fire on for us for our return from a wet day at Alton towers which was a lovely touch. Great stay in a beautiful location.

We had a brilliant one night stay. We loved it. Took our boys and dog and everyone had a great time. It’s a stunning location and is a really great outdoor space, including the outdoor kitchen, BBQ and fire pit. Really well equipped. The hosts’ communication was spot. Shame it was only one night, still worth it though.

We had a lovely stay here, it was exactly what we needed for our stay as we were attending a wedding. Callum was a great host with excellent communication he was really accommodating for us. The place was very quirky and very well thought out in how it was equipped with all that was needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Callum. We have to say our favourite thing was Isaac the cat, yes we could stop him visiting but we fell in love with him so let him come and go as he pleased and he spent the night with us with my little one loved. Thanks again for a lovely stay

We had an amazing time at Jocelyn’s cabin! She was so responsive before booking, letting us know about the roads to the cabin and the outdoor camping shower. The cabin itself was amazing, no frills and exactly what we wanted for a weekend hiking in the Peaks. The surroundings are gorgeous and we sat out by the fire just enjoying the quiet. The shower was a fun adventure we both enjoyed and being able to wrap up by the wood burner after was 10/10. She also recommended us a local pub for dinner and WOW it was amazing! Book in as it gets busy but a stellar recommendation. In general Jocelyn was a great host at a great cabin and we will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner, the cabin is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. It’s been built beautifully too with absolutely everything thought of! Such a calming, lovely space with beautiful walks all around. I will 100% be staying here again and recommending to friends!❤️

We have had the most amazing few days in the Damson pod. It was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and the children loved playing freely in the sectioned off field. They loved saying hello to the alpacas every morning, and Sarah invited us to come and feed them too which my daughter was delighted about! Sarah made us feel really welcome, provided discounts for the local area and put a lovely little welcome pack with biscuits and drinks which was so nice! We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer!
