Perfect stay. The flat is an easy 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride from Bath city centre. We did not attempt the walk but this would be a beautiful walk into the city, likely around 25-30 mins. The flat is in a peaceful residential area and lovely street. Parking is a plus (although drive in carefully if you have a low riding car!). We went into Bath most days, but did explore Alexandra Park one in the local area one afternoon, which has a great viewpoint of Bath and kids playground. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book with Bath Luxury Stays again for our next visit.

We had an amazing three night stay at the Goat Shed. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for a weekend break with our baby and dog. The photos really don’t do it justice! The garden was perfect for our dog, especially in the warmer weather! James was a brilliant host, super responsive and friendly! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in the Cotswolds! Only a 20 minute drive to Bath as well. Thanks again!

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city center. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Bath!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julies. I would highly recommend it. It is so cosy, bright, impeccably clean, everything was there that you needed. Also Julie had left stuff for breakfast, cereals, yogurts, tea, coffee, bread. It was a really nice touch. I also loved the "Sanctuary" shower gels, body lotions, that were there for our use. The balcony was also an added bonus and we had our breakfast outside in the sun each morning. I will definitely be back.

Geoff was the perfect host and we had everything we needed during the stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-stocked - including with some delicious home-made muesli and biscuits - thank you Geoff! It has all the convenience of being situated next to a really handy retail park whilst also backing onto peaceful greenery and a lovely lake which you overlook from the leafy balcony - this was a really nice surprise! The apartment is modern and well-laid out and feels really safe and secure. We'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

The stay was fantastic. The property has plenty of character and that was great as we were indoors during the storm. It gave a cosy feel with wood burner and shelf of books. We had our baby as well. My partner, I and our little one enjoyed thoroughly. Antonia was very helpful and thoughtful. A place definitely to stay at.

We stayed at Compton House with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect. Location was great for dog walking and for wandering into Chipping Campden village with it’s lovely shops. Beautifully clean and we were left a welcome pack that was such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. What a magical weekend - hosted a group of friends at Samantha’s Mill and Pond House for my birthday this year and had what I can only describe as an incredibly memorable, unique and special experience. The property is a short stroll away from the closest pub (great food!) and sits in the middle of many a public walking path. We had a bit of a giggle as it was very slippery in the mud, but Samantha even left out wellies in the house for us to use so we can only blame ourselves for falling!! Both houses were super well stocked with all kitchen amenities, loads of spices and herbs etc., wood was readily available for a cozy fire and I’ve got to give a shout out to the Pond house’s outdoor shower which was awesome! Everyone had the best time and Samantha truly went above and beyond in providing helpful tips and being so flexible with our time there - thanks Sam!!

We stayed for 3 nights for the recent Cheltenham Festival. A lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful small town. Seán could not have been more helpful. Very thoughtful & tasty breakfast before we went racing! Would highly recommend as was a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful property, tastefully furnished and clearly well cared for. Exactly as described. Everything we needed for a weekend away and could’ve happily stayed for a week. This location is truly fantastic. 5 mins from the station, 10 mins to the centre of town, but away from the noise - a quiet part of the town. Some beautiful walks on the doorstep to get up high to see the fantastic Bath skyline.

This Georgian townhouse provided a truly enjoyable stay in Bath. Its central location facilitated convenient access to attractions, and the property itself retained charming period features while offering modern comforts. The host's responsiveness and helpfulness enhanced the experience, and the overall ambiance of the townhouse contributed to a memorable visit. While there are some creaks inherent to a historic building, the overall experience makes this a highly recommendable accommodation.

We had the best stay here, I didn’t want to leave! When I walked in the place was absolutely beautifully kept and tidy and it’s just as the pictures are, I was really blown away. The apartment is light and airy but so spacious! The facilities around the place were amazing too, the spa and pool were our favourites and we stayed there for hours ! Jane was fantastic, so kind and accommodating and her communication was amazing, she was so helpful and accommodate everything we need to make our daughter’s first trip a success. Thank you so much, we will be back! ❤️

We only stayed for one night but we’re pretty blown away by this apartment. So pretty, think I counted 16 plants! Really stunning, from perfect little bathroom to a really well thought out kitchen space. The large sofa was fab, really what you want to be able to relax. We have never stayed anywhere with so many kind additions - not sure anything else could have been supplied to make our stay more comfortable! Thank you Graham and family, we will be back when childcare allows 🙂

The Nook is great for a short, restful stay, away from the noise and bright lights of town. The hosts are next door if there are any issues. And Susannah introduced herself when we were out walking which was a nice touch. Lovely to have milk, tea and coffee supplied.

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. I had an amazing stay at Jayne's Airbnb! The apartment was even better than the pictures, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Jayne has truly thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay, from thoughtful amenities to little touches that made a big difference. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and provide helpful recommendations for things to do in the area and nearby attractions. I’ll definitely be rebooking for my next trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep before a big race which made a huge difference. The amenities were good, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was ideal, not far from the city centre for when I went out to celebrate afterwards. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall, I had a great experience. Highly recommend.
